Mint Clean Windows

After an initial hiccup with scheduling the guys arrived right on time and did a fantastic job. I've lived in my house for 8 years, and I've only cleaned my Patio Slider and the Kitchen Window over my sink, so they had a quite a job to do. The finished the job in less than 2 hours, and my windows all sparkled inside and out, and the tracks and screens were clean too! I laughed out loud the next day when I discovered that my bathroom windows weren't frosted...just dirty!

Cory and crew (4 total) arrived early (by agreement) and completed the job in 30 minutes. They obviously KNOW what they are doing and did an outstanding job. We have quite a few windows, and with the wind blows the hard water onto them. They were pretty bad, but guys had them looking great, and it didn't take them too long to do it.

I just moved to Las Vegas and the windows in the house were a mess !! Corey and his team arrived on time and immediately started to work. I had already added the window tracks to the job but when asked, Corey added the glass shower enclosure in the master bath. So worth it, every surface sparkled, best were the window tracks, they were disgusting/black and now nice and white again !

Wow! Very professional company. I didn't even have to ask them to remove their shoes--it's company policy. A team of four finished all work in about 3 hours, which I felt was the right amount of time for efficiency and thoroughness (we have A LOT of windows). Pricing was very reasonable. Also, I felt very safe with the employees in my house...the most important factor for me! This is truly a great company--highly recommend!

Did an excellent job. Forgot to clean a set of window. Had to point it out and accidentally touched the glass and was admonished a little harshly. Could have said it better or nicer.

Corey and his team are the BEST!! We have a 2400 square foot, 2 story home. Before Corey came out, I spoke with him on the phone to be clear how he defined "window." I've been ripped off before by "specials" that companies have to offer, so I was very skeptical of their price. Corey had a very liberal definition of window, so I felt somewhat relieved. He and his team were able to come early, which was fine. They washed all the windows, inside and out, on both floors. I gave Corey a little extra to do our three sliding glass doors. They even did the windows on the garage door at no extra charge. Everything sparkles, just like they said it would. I would not hesitate to use their service again or recommend them to anyone. I have never given an all "A" rating to a company, as I am rather picky. Any areas I found a smudge, etc., they made sure to address. The difference in "Mint" and other companies is that a real professional comes with the package to inspect all the work and make sure it's done right. Purchase with confidence as long as Corey comes along!

The word to describe Mint Clean is "Excellence" . In my initial contact, I talked with Bill the Owner and reviewed with him what I needed. That we own a 2,200 s.f. single story residence with two sliders with sliding screens and 13 windows of various sizes (6 of them with screens). He quoted me a price and we went ahead and set up a date for our service. Bill informed me that Corey Shoop his General Manager, would be out with his crew at 8:00 a.m. on the date I selected. Corey and his crew of three showed up right on schedule, and Corey did an initial walk through of our home to see our windows and then got his crew started. It was truly amazing. He had two crew members outside doing the exterior windows and screens and one crew member for the inside windows, and Corey worked on all the window tracks. The inside workers wore coverings on their shoes as well. The group were thorough and efficient and they completed the job in an hour. After they were done, Corey went through the entire house with us for a final inspection and everything was "sparkling clean". You can see they take pride in their quality of work and complete customer satisfaction. We will definitely be using them again and again.
