[Removed Member Name] , I apologize that we have been unable to get in touch with you. I apologize but we have no record of any contact from you. Can you please call us or send us your phone number? Did you contact us directly or via Angie's List. Did you purchase a deal through Angie’s List? Angie's List has “updated” the business site and it has made it very difficult to communicate with customers and see who purchased what. I am supposed to be notified via email whenever a purchase is made and I have not received any communication from Angie's List about you. I spent considerable time checking with them and they do not have a record either. They have not been able to give me any contact info for you either. In the old business site I could access the contact info of anyone who made a purchase. The new one does not allow me to. I could also send you a message directly through Angie's List. I cannot do that anymore either. Also, we have no record of an email or phone call from you. Did you try to call or communicate via email? What email did you use? Were you able to speak to someone or did you leave a voicemail. My apologies for the confusion but communication is so much harder since Angie's List "updated" the system.
