Milestone Distributing

used to deal with this company and had great experiences with them. Now since they have been taken over by Milestone Distributors their service is horrible. I called them out for a Viking Ice Machine problem and they finally sent out a tech (after I called them twice). The tech said he could find no problem and turned the machine back on. He charged me $95.00 and left. Later that day the machine went out again and we attempted to contact the tech. Left him a voice mail and still have not heard anything. I also went on their web site twice to try to get them to send out another tech. I have received no response at all from them. If you want your appliances fixed right away don't call this company.

Had had bad experience with Pride Installation. See previous review. Called Sunwest (dispatch is in Phoenix AZ area) and service guy called withing 30 minutes. Said he would be out in 45 minutes. Showed up in 30 and diagnosed the problem. Had parts on the truck and started repair. Mentioned upgrade on controller and I decided to get it done. Viking recall parts came while he was working and he did the hinge recall as well. Total time was about two hours. Great Viking service and only ones I will use. Service tech called next day to see if all was well.
