[Member Name Removed], We’re sorry to hear that you’re unhappy with our installation job. We installed your countertops 9 months ago and sadly haven’t heard anything from you telling us about your dissatisfaction with our work. To clarify, you have 3cm Brazilian slab granite installed, which is top of the line material as far as quality is concerned. It doesn’t get any better than this material. You paid a discounted price for this job, because you purchased Angie’s Big Deal which gives you a discount on my services. There was no crack in your granite that we ever repaired. It’s quite possible that it’s a natural stone vein that you’re seeing which might appear to some as a crack. Also, we don’t do any plumbing work (which was mentioned to you during the initial estimate). It’s the plumber’s job to make sure the sink is properly installed (including caulking and clips). We caulked your upstairs bathroom sinks, but it was more of a favor to you because it didn’t require any clip installation (no plumbing work was needed). Finally, we never leave the job until it’s completely finished, which includes cleaning the countertops and sealing them. Having said that, it’s rather impossible that we left your countertops covered in dust, because we wouldn’t be able to apply the sealer onto a dusty surface. Besides, we were able to perfectly match the island to your existing countertops, which is an extremely hard job to do and I hope you noticed it.
