We were very pleased. The crew of 2 shampooed the carpet in 4 rooms and small hallway. The carpet is 20 years old! It looks like new. Even 2 weeks later the areas that were very soiled are still clean. It took about one hour. The two guys were professional and very efficient.

It was excellent!! The two gentlemen arrived at the prescribed time and I explained what I wanted done. They got to it immediately and were finished in one hour. I must say that I have had these same areas cleaned by three previous carpet cleaners and the work performed by MC Services was far superior to any of the three previous companies. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a great carpet cleaning service.

Alfredo, the tech, was very good and did a great job cleaning the carpet. I was also very pleased that he was able to get a red stain out the carpet that I was unable to remove. My cat coughed up a hairball after eating some dry cat food that was red in color, which was the cause of the stain. The carpet did take longer to dry than I expected, but that was no big deal. I will use this company again.

We scheduled an appointment on Wednesday For Friday. We wanted the rooms done on Saturday, but there was no option to do this on the website. Due to being so busy at work, I was unable to check home email until after the cleaners came on Friday. My wife explained the situation regarding Saturday and they had no issues returning. They were quick, thorough and responsive to our needs. They indicated that they do not move heavy furniture, so we moved everything out of the way the day before. They were able to get out all of the stains that we were concerned with. We have a small dog and two cats and they were able to get the pet smell out also. We were extremely satisfied and due to the discount on Angie's list, made it affordable. We will definitely use this service in the future.

One of my friends recommend this company and are happy about service 2000 ft.² for my house the are very professional and the equipment is new the it's starting to vacuum all the carpets first and vacuum all the corner of my house and move some my furniture to cleaning in the hard spot and later the star. With carpet cleaning equipment with the hot water to go more deep in my carpet and scarab my carpet I am very happy with the service but more with the price and the. Service i'm recommenders company if you want to clean in the carpet or the marble in your house.
