MAYBERRY'S MAIDS

when I booked it I asked if they did detail work which they said they did. the charge was $60 an hour they said it would take 4 hours They reqired payment up front. I also tipped them $30. So we walked around the house and I explained in much detail what I expected. She nodded yes and started. They said they would Vacuum I said no they still did. After service I noticed big black circles on my freshly cleaned carpet. I touched it, it was wet she saw me and without me saying a word she says dry, Me No it is wet! She argued with me. The front porch was wet by the faucet. they must have filled it there and dragged it through the house spilling it.They got done in 3 hours 20 min and would not refund any money for the shorter time. As I walked around looking at their work. they left dirt in the corners I still have fingerprints on the wall, there was white cleaner all over the oven inside, only some of the drawers and cupboards got wiped clean. The outside cupboard had oil zig zags. There was still black around the tub, pee at the bottom of the toilet etc. This is a rental property thank goodness it was empty. They stole my TP and Kleenex from under my sink. I called the manager next day. he said he would come back with different cleaners. He did come back with the Same cleaners it was uncomfortable.I asked does your Co. do detailed work he said yes. Well thats why I hired you for this is sloppy and not detailed. He came up with every excuse in the book why things werent clean. I talked about carpet and she speaks up and argues with me agan. They attempted to clean a 2nd time. Did not look any different. Im so frustrated I grabbed some cleaner and a rag and bent down cleaned in one wipe showed him its easy as that. OK I'll have my girls do it again. I said No just leave. I imagined him instead of making a teaching opportunity he went out to the truck and just told them don't worry she is a #?!%. I had to turn around do it myself. Very unhappy. Felt like a waste of my money and time.
