I used them twice with good results but expensive for the work performed. on the third request, they simply did not show up and would not return phone calls so I used another provider. I got the sense that the job was too small for them.

Description of Work: We use Mauri a couple times in a year for routine tree and lawn fertilization and yard work. They are always very professional, on time and perform the service requested. This last time they removed a large tree that blew over in a wind storm. They did an amazing job. They even cleaned up the branches and leaves that fell in the neighbors yard.

Description of Work: Company is not getting back to me. He was here, looked at the yard an said there were places he needed to replace sod. He would go back to the office and told me someone named Anne would get back with me. After 2 hours I called her and she said she would call me back but never did.

Description of Work: I had Mauri out for tree service and general clean up. Everything went well, the only minor issue was a missed communication on a follow up visit, but it was quickly remedied.

Description of Work: They landscape our entire backyard with several different plants including palms. What most sold us was they guaranteed each plant. It may look good but if it can't handle Las Vegas weather, they wouldn't plant it. They've replaced a couple of the plants at no charge and we use them for cleaning and trimming.

Description of Work: Mauri's Tree Co. pruned my California Fan Palm, my Canary Island Date Palm, and my California Pepper. They were a joy to deal with, did an excellent job, and didn't break my bank. I've used others in the past but will stick to Mauri's in future.

Description of Work: I called and they were closed, so I left a message. After several days, they still hadn't returned my call. Couldn't wait any longer, so I took time off work and did my own repair on sprinkler and line.

Description of Work: Mauri tree services trimmed out dead branches from several huge pine trees in my back yard. They also trimmed away overhanging branches on six elm trees in the side yard, and also trimmed three palm trees in the front yard. The workers tied-off with safety harnesses, which is rare. The work was quick and efficient.

Description of Work: I've used them for tree trimming and deep fertilization for many years now. They always do a great job. They cost a bit more than some providers, but the quality of their work justifies the cost.

Description of Work: I had three companies come out for estimates. Mauri was the highest of all three. My main problem was the times they could come out to give me an estimate. No appointments after 4 pm during the week and weekends of course are booked up weeks in advance. So I waited 3-4 weeks to get the third estimate. I went with them because they have a tree specialist. My goal was to have the same company trim and thin my trees when they were landscaping the backyard. Interestingly the tree specialist told me he could not trim my italian cypress. Once they did arrive the called to let me know they were running late, confirmed the appointment. Very professional.The only reason I did not select them was the cost was much higher almost 1500 more than 1 estimate and 1000 higher than the second.

Description of Work: I called them last week to come and see my place. I wanted to set up a regular maintenance service and to fix my sprinklers. They weren't able to come sooner. They said they would be here between 2 and 4 pm, which in my opinion is to large of a window but I said ok. I talk to them to confirm the appointment and the day off I was here from 1:30 pm, at 5:15 I realized I had a missed called and a message on my phone saying that there was someone here at 3:15, strange that I never hear the door bell. Call and left a message, the office was already closed. The next morning called and told them that i didnt understand what could have happened because I had been here and wanted to set up another appointment as soon as possible. They wouldn't make time until next week, because i work in the evenings and they cant come in the morning. They have to service their regular customers first, I understand thats their priority and thats why I waited the first time, but I guess they have enough work that they dont need new customers. I looked on Angie's list for another service and Rick from Rick Lawn and Landscaping will be here in the next half hour.
