Mauri Landscapes has been serving Las Vegas Landscaping needs since 1998. We are a full Service Landscaping Company. As a family-owned business, we understand the secret to our happiness is your happiness. We care about old-fashioned customer service and professionalism, and take pride in satisfying our clients. Every Time! Chris Mauri, the owner, has over 25 years of field and classroom experience in landscape design and landscape installation. In addition, our foremen are kept up to date on all of the newest information and techniques through seminars and weekly staff meetings. All of our employees are trained to be professional and courteous. Our field employees are uniformed and groomed. They do not listen to loud music while working and clean up after themselves.

Next step was a full estimate with pricing and paperwork and pick plants, rocks, retaining wall stone. Made final preparations and went on my way and wait for install.
The crew showed up just before 7am and got right to work. The project supervisor showed up early and worked on the watering timer because my wife had to leave for work and it was in the garage. She didn't have to miss any work because he was knowledgable of my system and did what he needed to do so she could leave.
Install went great, they had to come back a second day to finish up on some things. No big deal. When my wife go home she noticed that the plants were dry and the drip irrigation didn't appear to be working, She watered by hand all the plants and we notified the office something wasn't working. The project manager came over first thing the next morning and did some trouble shooting and found out that one of the wires must have gotten nicked. The following morning a crew came out and found the trouble, fixed it and all is now good. All the bubbles are working and one of the plants we thought wasn't going to make it is doing better and flowering some nice yellow flowers.
We are very pleased with the work from start to finish. They are very busy so just be patient it'll be worth the wait. My yard looks 1000% better and some neighbors have come by and said how nice it looks.
My follow up with Chris is set for this Friday. I have no complaints. Job well done.

"It seems that there may be some misunderstanding or miscommunication at work here. Our supervisor was sent to [Member name removed]'s home on Jun 1, 2015. While there, he gave her an estimate for $230.00 to do an initial clean-up. [Member name removed] was unhappy with the cost and it is our understanding that she conveyed her lack of interest in using us for the work. As far as we were concerned, there was no other follow up necessary at this point. Even after this conveyed lack of interest in using us, [Member name removed] continued to ask our supervisor questions about her landscape.
