Overall experience was good. They had to come back to replace a couple plants that died but that was not a problem. Crew was good and very professional.

Compared to the other companies I met with, Chris was the most helpful during the process. Being new to the area, he cautioned me against some of my initial plant choices, and made suggestions that he thought would provide for the easiest care and most success. I appreciate his honesty. He was the only one I spoke with that told me to beware of selecting too many plants for my small area.

First time I worked with a landscaper and they did a great job. They drew up a very simple but very presentable and eye pleasing plan. Because of the relative small size of the patio, they were able to complete the job in a day. They also came back for a quality check on the plants and pavers which I was very thankful for. I highly recommend them.

I own rental property out of town. It is important that my tenant informs me of necessary upkeep. I made a visit in July to evaluate the condition of the rental property. I made notes concerning the landscaping. I researched Mauri Landscapes Ltd.on Angies List and was very impressed with their reviews. I contacted Mauri Landscape and asked to set-up an appointment for an estimate. I was disappointed that it would be at least three days before they could do the estimate. I had to return to my home the following day without an estimate. I kept in touch via phone with Mauri and with my tenant. I called my tenant and asked her if the work was completed. She said it was done and the yard looked wonderful. I asked her to give me some feedback on the quality, punctuality, and professionalism. She said it was excellent. I followed up with Mauri to finalize credit card payment. I also wanted to know if someone would periodically check the landscaping and inform me of any needed work. Mauri said there would be no charge for evacuating the yard. If any work needs to be done Mauri will contact me. I appreciate having that assurance. My one suggestion would be to send a picture or two so I can visualize the front and back yards.

The work from the start was on time, well organized and the design he had given us before the start, well after all said and done (by-the-way, they made needed repairs that were not minor and that was not in the deal without asking for more money) they did an excellent job that showed pride in their workmanship and as a one-time journeyman in my younger days, left my home looking the better by far and they did a very good clean up after they finished. In my apprentice years, my foreman told me, if you feel you can put your name on the job you just did, then that shows you did good and proud of it. Thank You all for a job well done from start to finish. A+

The service was Absolutely Outstanding. These are some of the categories important to me that Mauri Landscape had excelled and that would be so rightfully deserving of an A plus: -Integrity (Mauri truly guarantees his work and the materials he uses)-Knowledge (evaluating the mistakes that were made and fixed them efficiently; -Design (since the back yard was small and so many mistakes had been made and the yard is very small I didn't think there would be anything that could improve the looks of it but Mauri designed a structure that created a second level and with a simple strategy he brought the background to life) -Creativity (Mauri Landscape used a very ingenious way to correct the appearance of the yard); Ability to Deliver what he promises (and far beyond)-Technology (they came with all the tools and it was not like any other company that had worked here in the same project) -Company's philosophy (it's clear an loud that policies of respect, accountability--they clean up everything after themselves, they were honest and reliable and knew their business. Seeing his crew working was amazing. It was like a chorography. Everyone knew what to do and everyone kept on task the whole time)-Predicability (Mauri Landscape told me when the job would be done and it was right on the dot)-The best materials (when one looks at the grass he used compared to the one that was placed here in the same month, it was an astonishing difference, not to mention the sprinkler system) All this is very good in my estimation but if the price was not accessible I could not have done it, particularly after the losses we have sustained in this project for 2 long years. Mauri Landscape gave us an estimate that was 20 to 25% less than most competitors, even the very first estimate and he added some free materials too, but I can tell you that even if his price had been the same as others, experiencing what we have experienced with Mauri Landscape, I would say that everything was secondary because I will experience my backyard for as long as I live here in this house. I highly recommend Mauri Landscape. My husband said to me :"Can you imagine if we have had Mauri Landscape from the very beginning?"

Job went as planned from start to finish. Chris worked up an estimate, and after the nursery visit started the work a few days later and completed it within two days. Our backyard was just graded dirt and Mauri came in and did irrigation, put in grass, trees, plants, rock, stepping stones, and border stone. Everything looks great and haven't had any problems. This company is very reliable and professional, and I would highly recommend using them.

They showed up on time. Started right to work. Did a great job. They were very knowledgeable, and answered questions about tree care. They cleaned up and did a great job.

Unlike most companies, his estimate was very detailed (unfortunately at that time I did not understand the technical terms and for that reason did not contract his services, but I still give him an "a"category for many reasons:1. I wanted to make a backyard very green and thought that if I the soil was properly prepared I could achieve what I wanted and this is not exactly true. Probably because the cost was prohibitive I didn't hear from that company again but since Mauri inspired my confidence from the way he took measurements to his whole demeanor I thought to hire a gardner to do what no one wanted to do: sift the soil, amend the soil, put worms etc. At the end it worked only half-way and I think Mr. Mauri was too polite to disagree with me which was somewhat unfortunate because I didn't know why he didn't return my e-mail. It turned out that my project had to be modified. And after trying to hire independent gardeners I started putting the puzzle together. Later I found also a very reliable company and the company I hired did explain to me what was possible and what was not possible so my project had to be modified and we compromised (the project is not finished yet but I think Mauri Landscape is a top notch company and perhaps he thought I was being way too naive to ask him those question and didn't take it seriously. Well they were serious, I knew nothing about landscaping and I have paid quite a bit of a price to learn through trial and error and by hiring independent people, then I remember "Hey, I am a member of Angie's list, let me go there" and since then things started turning around and I stop losing money in this remodeling project. But I didn't spend a penny on Mauri's company because I didn't hear from them after I explained my expectations of green and cover ground plants. Too bad I don't think he believed I really, truly didn't know it couldn't be done. But no harm was done. No one lost anything.

Mike Cooper arrived on time and did an excellent job.Mr. Cooper is very knowledgeable and a real professional.

From arriving on time to give the estimate, to starting the job when promised (and finishing everything in one day), to reviewing the project after completion, Mauri Landscaping was top notch. When there were questions, they would call and ask, as well as return my calls promptly. I was a general contractor for 20 years, and I have to say that even I was impressed with the quality of their service. Highly recommended.

I like their punctuality and thoroughness. They did more than what I thought they were going to do. Their responsiveness was great.

We were very pleased with the overall services and products performed. Mauri's advised if any plants did not take to notify them and they would take care of them. They also coached us on how to adjust the drip system after 60 days which allowed the plants to establish.

They came on time and they brought the right equipment. The people had proper protected equipment. They got things done through here and they were very easy to communicate with. The only negative thing was, we had a schedule and they showed up at 7 o’clock in the morning. Our 9.29 to 9.31 in our neighborhood didn’t want them to start that early because it was loud and noisy. They apologized because that didn’t work out. Their price was okay. I will use them again in the future.

Outstanding job. Mauri showed up personally at the beginning and end of the job to draft a proposal and to look at the subsequent work, respectively. A specific date was decided upon after visiting his office to sign the contract and they stuck to it. His team only needed about 2 1/2 days to complete the job. They removed the existing gravel which was preventing us from using a large portion of our backyard and replaced it with pavers. Pea-gravel was laid next to the house for the use of our pet, and various vines/plants were installed around the interior of our brick-walled backyard. His team completely removed a barely functioning irrigation system and junction box and reworked the back yard irrigation system after relocating/installing a new box. We are extremely happy with the results.

They’ve been very good. They used to call me twice a year but they didn’t call me this year and I haven’t gotten in touch with them. Up until this year they were very good in responsiveness; I don’t know why they haven’t called. I could call them.

Will set a date for the work to be done. Was an initail miscommunication but that was cleared up.

The crew showed up on time and were finished in a timely fashion. Impressed how well they were focused on the task and ensured the clean up was perfect. Couldn't even tell the ground was distrubed. When the irrigation ran it did have a leak - contacted the office - the owner & team leader of the crew came out the next morning. Come to find out something about a tee under the grass creating leak. Issues was addressed same day. I walked the front and back side over the week and everything was working perfectly. I want to personally thank Chris for walking me through how to properly use the timer for setting the irrigation clyces.

It took him a few times to finish the job. They replaced some flowers and other things. They aren't a bad company, but if they had done the job correctly the first time, then they would have not had to come back. Their pricing is about the same as everyone else. The quality was good. The only problem is that they say that they will be there Monday and they show up on Tuesday. They say that they just made a mistake. I don't like that about them.

They were very good. They were great. They were fast and efficient. They cleaned everything up. It was good. We got other estimates. We would use them again.

Back yard was dusty. Bank ripped out grass and left nothing but dirt. Have a dog, so dirt and dust a nightmare in the house. The back faces west, so the wind blows the dirt and dust right into the house. Called 3 landscapers to get estimates for synthetic grass. Little did I know that it cost more than carpet!. All three gave me estimates of over 4000 to do the part I wanted done with the synthetic grass. 2 just came, measured and gave me the estimates. Chris came, gave me the estimate, and when I cringed at the price, he asked what I wanted to spend. I told him, not over 2500. He was the only one who asked that question. He suggested that I might do partial artificial turf and the rest rock. He would go back and crunch the numbers to see what he could do. Wonderful! I met up with him at his office the next week (after he emailed his proposal) and he explained what he could do. I was thrilled. He lives and his office is south Las Vegas and I live extreme north west Las Vegas. It's a long drive for him.They showed up on the 12th, cleaned up my front and back yards, put down stone and pavers, trimmed the hedges. Looked fantastic. On 17th, artificial turf installer came and put in the turf. My back yard looks beautiful and I can't believe the difference in the dust and dirt. Had some trouble with back drip system after the landscaping and was concerned. I called and told Chris. He had someone come out, look at it and fix it. Works like a charm. Chris is pleasant, accommodating, and wants to have a satisfied client no matter how small the job. I am extremely pleased with the price, the work and the professionalism of his staff.
