Not well, it took me 3 days just to be referred to the commercial department after calling every day and then another 2 weeks to get someone out to do the work.

Awesome they knew what was wrong and fixed it

Work was done on time and as quoted. No problems.

Martin Garage Doors did a fine job. The main reason I called them to my house was to have the garage door aligned. They did that, and it has stayed aligned.

Everything went great, they were on time & replaced the spring. They also tuned up my other garage doors while they were there.

Sensor replaced. Scheduling was off but the technician was very personable.

It has never been right from day one. I have had repeated problems with the door. The manager said it was a poorly designed door and that it couldn't be fixed. I had numerous conversations with the sales manager who agreed to come by and look at it. They looked at the situation and did some adjustments but was still unsatisfactory. They were going to send some hardware to help the problem. That never happened. I would call and nothing would ever happen. I called the CEO of the company and it was is personal cell phone and he said that he would get back in touch with me. Never heard from them. It is a sorry company.

Technician quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the computer/chip board.

Went very well, put on a metal strut to balance the door and ordered inserts for the windows.

mike come out to fix our other garage door . This time, i felt sure that the poor condition of the door closer would require extensive work . Instead, Mike took a look and made some adjustments, - put the roller back on track, and was finished in a timely manner. Since he did not use any extra parts, he only charged us for the call, which was minimal. The very similar thing was true with our first call on the other door. Trust me when i say, - we have been scammed by other garage door company in the past. You bet we will trust Martin Garage door service i the future !!

The overall performance went well, the garage was a major issue and myself didn't want to spend the monies first hand with company xyz, when I called Martin Garage Doors, Cisco, first of all took the time and placed the garage on the appropriate hinges he also took the time and replaced the bearings, and checked the motor and the sensors first hand. Then he made his evaluation and he tried to keep the cost very effective and do a great job well pleasing to my satisfaction. I'm really pleased and will call Cisco again if I ever needed him. But the job was so exceptional I don't believe I will be calling him in the near future. I will recommend Martin Garage Doors to my neighbors.. Fast Courteous and Effective.

They did do a good job. They have done a couple of jobs for us and it has always been terrific. The guy who came was very good.

We did not have to pay for the labor, but we had to pay for the part. I thought the spring would be totally covered. I was not expecting to pay anything. The quality of service is very good. It is a very good door.

The quality was fine. They were supposed to come back and make some adjustments which they did not do. The guy that came out to do the work was quite friendly.

It was not good. I had to call back several times to get them out here. They ended up realizing my doors were commercial and not normal garage doors. It was actually a warranty follow up. Come to find out they had not put strong enough steel in even though they knew it was a commercial door. The motor was too small that I bought so it was kind of a disaster. It was supposed to be covered under warranty but I ended up paying over $400 for their labor. The day that he was supposed to be out here his punctuality was okay. His professionalism was poor. A professionalism would have responded to me and I would not have had to keep calling back to get an appointment to get somebody to come out and help me. They were supposed to be under warranty and they are the ones to support that. That is not very professional when you have to almost beg somebody to come out and look at something after they put it in for you.

It went well, they are a bit pricey but they did do very good work for me. Lower prices to get an A from me. They are very cordial and timely. If you want it that day they try to do that or next day. But with an emergency they are right on, they would come in the middle of the nigh if I needed them.

The service was very good. Every visit has been perfect.

Okay, fine. I have not had any trouble with it. I think the cost was fairly reasonable. They were very good, I have never had any trouble with them.

They did a great job. They are fabulous. They were great. The owner of the company himself came because he couldn't get anybody and it was an emergency. We couldn't get our door up or down. It wasn't a lot or I would remember.

The quality of service was pretty good. It could have been a little cheaper.

It went well. It was not all that expensive, it was $100 or so. I wife thought that he was reasonable. I would recommend them.

I wasn't that happy with them a long time ago. I'd use them again.
