Description of Work: Replaced entire front and rear drip system including new valves and timer, removed all old plants in rear yard and planted new Lantana, I bought and he placed wood mulch to all plants in rear yard, bought and spread 3 tons of crushed rock over old crushed rock in front yard, returned a couple of times to replace emitters that dog removed. Checked vacuum breaker for leaks and fixed it. Will replace a couple of Lantana when winter is over.

+ 0 moreInstallation of bubbler line and the landscaping work went very well, very quickly and professionally. Marcelo was out at the beginning of each day, and returned to inspect later. Very knowledgeable and helpful. The price was a bit high, but Marcelo gave us a one-year guarantee on all work and even plants. Just call, he said, and he'd be out to repair or replace. Within a couple of weeks some of the plants began to wither, and some of our sod failed. We called Marcelo, left messages on his machine, and he never responded. Then the solenoid on the bubbler failed, and we added that to the list of problems. Still no reply. We called for over a month, and not once did we receive a response on work that supposedly had a one-year guarantee. Then Marcelo's website went down. My wife and I assumed something unfortunate must have happened to this nice guy. But I just noticed now the website is back up, and apparently business goes on. Don't know why he disappeared, or why he never bothered to return our numerous calls, but a one-year guarantee that expires in a month is inexcusable.
Description of Work: Marcelo gave us an estimate on a bubbler system for our back yard, and that week had it up and working. Within two weeks we hired him to resod our front yard, supply additional decorative rock, and plant a variety of plants and flowers along our new bubbler line.

+ -1 moreThey spent hours digging and found that I had a severe leak under the foundation of our house. They said that they did not do that type of work. He recommended a service that could. I thought that he was very kind for giving me the suggestion after spending so much time figure out the issue.

Description of Work: Made two appointments for this company to come to my house and inspect my entire irrigation system; each appointment was ignored. No one showed up and no one called. Forget it. Incidentally, a similar situation occurred last time I used this company about a year ago.

+ -1 moreI was very pleased with the work this company did. They cleaned up after themselves and were highly knowledgeable about their area of expertise. They stuck with the original estimate they gave us for the work and they constantly make sure their own work is properly functioning.
Description of Work: Marcelo's changed out our existing irrigation system. Our plants and trees were not getting enough water so they removed the system that previously had been installed outside of our house and put in a new one that was more functional and modern. Their work included hooking our new system up to a clock inside of our house so that it is connected to the system in our backyard. We have a raised garden that needs to have water drainage and they ensured that would occur on a daily basis. Our yard is under 1/4 of an acre.
