 + -1 morePOOR SERVICE ALL THE WAY AROUND. BE WARNED. Manny (president, property manager) stated by avoiding repairs to the properties -- the owner saves money, while the property turns into a ghetto. That's how they solve the problem. They want to collect money, but they dont' know how to manage property and their so called cleaning crew is a joke. DO IT YOURSELF.
Description of Work: The staff does not return calls. If there is a problem, nothing is solved, just excuses are given. DONT EVER USE THESE PEOPLE FOR REAL MANAGEMENT -- JUST THROW YOUR MONEY OUT THE WINDOW -- THERE IS NO DIFFERENCE. All kinds of promises are made by the owner and his so called staff of girls who can't even write a simple message correctly. They don't know how to handle properties. All they know how to do is condo and single family homes and alot of lip action.
