Terrible that their 1st review is an Epic failure. My 1st Angi flop. Not even sure where to begin? Booked for a deep cleaning, 5 hr $357.00. I was contacted and asked if I could move my date for availability. Said sure. Moved my carpet, floor and furniture cleaner to a later date, because I wanted the house clean before I got all the floors and furniture cleaned. Super excited to have someone come on a Friday between the hours of 8-10. Maria was going to be my cleaner. 10am came and went. Reached out to Company to see if something had happened since it wad a no-show and a no-contact. Company said they were not sure what happened, didn't have another cleaner to send over for the day. Asked to see if i could reschedule and a 15% discount for my inconvenience. Explained (all via text message cause no one would pick up the phone and talk) that my carpet/floor/furniture cleaners were coming Monday and it didn't really help me now. Sat at 8am no new cleaner showed up again. Still more to sa

Thanks for the review, we take each one seriously and use the feedback to improve and develop as a company. Reviews are truly impactful for small companies such as ours, therefore we believe the facts are important in this situation. Embellished opinions damage our reputation and ability to provide work for those who work hard to provide for their families through us. We did have an agreed date of service, no initial rescheduling occurred. Unfortunately, the person assigned for your services did not call us or show up dispute confirmation the night before. We were made aware of the no call no show at 1045am. We understand how frustrating this is and take full accountability for it. It is correct we did not have anyone available to service your home that day. We informed you that we would give a 15% discount for the inconvenience, this was not requested by you, but an attempt to provide a small token of our sincere apologies. At 1:05pm we notified you of our ability to have someone at your house 24 hrs after the missed appointment. Each of us agreed on the time and date and the person who would be at your home. Our gentleman arrived at your home within the agreed timeframe on the day agreed on (24hrs after missed appointment). Upon his arrival you turned him away without notice or reason. We know this is frustrating and someone not showing up for an agreed and schedule time if service is something we are responsible for in the situation. We believe we made a candid and valiant effort to provide an alternative option within our ability. It does not dismiss the initial inconvenience of your missed appointment. As a company we provided the best option in a relatively quick timeframe to provide services.
