This is the second home I have used Paul for and he is awesome! He is honest and refuses to overcharge you for things you don't need. I will have him treat my home as long as I live in LV!

I know he thoroughly investigated because I asked him a zillion questions and I know the tenant did as well. It turned out that it was coming from the complaining tenant's unit. Paul, the owner, showed him exactly where the problem was and what he could do to remedy it.

We've been using Paul with Magic Wand Pest Control for almost 2 years. Paul is very reliable in servicing our property. He knows too much information on bugs, spiders, ants, and other rodents (an excellent skill for his line of work, if you’ll ask me). Since I'm a scaredy cat when it comes to bugs, or small brown things that look like mouse or rat poop, I usually send Paul a picture and or leave a sample for him on his next visit (so he can tell me it’s nothing to worry about). He is always professional in responding to my phone calls, text messages, and addressing any concerns. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a pest control service.

They spray outside and also inside if needed. We've used him for many years. The payment process is really easy, they leave an envolpe and I just stick a check in and mail it. He is an owner-operator, so we see him everyday. He's really conscious about my dog and doesn't use anything that might be harmful.
