Lynn's World

I recently downsized and moved to Las Vegas. A neighbor suggested that I check out Lynn's World and another local consignment shop to sell my now-too-large furniture and to buy items that would better fit my new home. I chose to work with Lynn's World because I was immediately impressed by the professionalism, knowledge, and friendliness of the sales staff--and by the selection and prices of the furniture on display. Over the past two months, I've purchased two bedroom sets, a china cabinet, two armoires, and some smaller items as well, and I couldn't be more pleased by the quality of these items and the prices I paid for them. Right now, the salespeople are keeping their eyes open for when that perfect last piece I need comes through their doors. It's that kind of individual attention that's made me a loyal customer. And it's not just the salespeople who go that extra mile--when one of the armoires I bought wouldn't fit through the doorway of the room I'd purchased it for, the delivery crew tried every trick in the book to get it in place. They were even willing to try removing the bottom portion and then reassemble the armoire once it was through the doorway! (Alas, that couldn't be done, as the bottom was glued, not nailed, into place, but just the fact that they were thinking of ways to satisfy the customer--me--was most impressive.) The oversized furniture I foolishly moved here with me (wishful thinking that I could make it work) has been consigned to Lynn's and put up for sale at prices that I consider reasonable as both a buyer and a seller. Some items have already been sold, while others await their new homes--but if anyone can sell my former sofa, it's the staff at Lynn's. In addition, I've sold some gold jewelry that I no longer wear and received a fair amount for it, and I purchased a gold-and-diamond ring at a price that I still can't believe is true. In today's economy, just knowing that there's a store nearby at which I can sell and purchase quality furniture and jewelry at great prices is extremely comforting. I'd unhesitatingly recommend Lynn's World.
