Description of Work: "I used these plumbers twice. The first time, they repaired a leak I had about 2 feet away from my main water valve. The job was tedious and took much longer than they anticipated. Nevertheless, they charged me the amount they quoted. Previously, I had 2 other plumbers check this out. One told me to call the water company (even though the leak turned out to be on the house side.) The other one told me that I would need to bring in a leak detector company to find out where the leak was. This would have cost me about $500 before any work could be done. LV Plumbing took the time to dig away from the valve until they found the problem. | The second time, I used them to replace the 2 hot and cold valves under my master bathroom sink and to replace the entire drain and p-trap. Once again, they quoted me a price, stuck to the price, and my sink now works with no leaks."

Description of Work: He repaired the leak I had on a pipe coming out of the water meter. He encountered a few issues along the way. He had some problems getting the solder to take, but he stuck with it and in the end, there is no leak and my ground is dry. I'm sure it took him longer than he expected an he had to do more work, but he stuck to the exact amount he quoted me. The job was done without any attempt to sell me more than I needed.

Description of Work: to address a problem with declining water pressure, replaced defective valves and reconfigured irrigation system
