LSI Property Management is a full-service property management company in Southern Nevada. We offer both rental properties and real estate properties in the Las Vegas Valley and surrounding areas, and can provide a complete solution for all your real estate and rental needs. Our goal is to relieve the stress and liabilities of buying, selling or renting your residential property. They purchased the original management company that I was using for my Peccole Ranch condo in 2015. They have kept my unit rented, but communication is horrible with this company. They rarely return calls and emails. They owe me $355 in rental income after they changed accounting software this past spring (caused an accounting glitch) and refuse to sort things out. Do not use this company.
