Description of Work: We purchased our Samsung refrigeraton from Lowe's last fall when they were offering 6 month interest free credit and required only $22 monthly payments. ( I paid $50 and today paid off the balance ) We are very happy with our selection and find fruits and vegetables stay fresher longer than we have ever experienced but have not been able to determin how energy efficient it has been. The sales and delivery staff were informed, courteous and prompt. The store located at Craig Road & Jones Ave. in Las Vegas is convenient and we frequent the store often.

+ -1 moreI called and let it ring for approximately 10 rings three times within about 15 minutes. Finally, a guy answered and put me on hold. Then finally, he came back on and I asked to speak to someone in the lumber department. He abruptly said there was no one there on the weekend. I asked then if maybe someone else could help me confirm availability of two items since I had to have someone with a truck come pick me up and drive me over to get it. He again said no, there's no one back there. I then asked if someone could please check inventory in the computer for me and he asked what part of no one is back there didn't I understand. I hung up and emailed their corporate offices. I called Home Depot and got the information in about 2 minutes, with prices even. Got an automated answer to my email as if they really cared. No contact since. This was the third one of their stores I tried to contact by phone, the others didn't even answer at all.
Description of Work: Was attempting to find out if they actually had the material at the store at Charleston and Fremont over the phone.

+ -1 moreIt was a fiasco from start to finish with Lowes. The installation itself was fine but the purchase of the tile was a mess. The salesman sold me the tile that I paid for that night with the installation fees. A few days prior to installation I received a call that the paperwork was all done incorrectly and had to be redone, and by the way the price was now over $800. I told them that I never would have purchased at that price and I had a signed contract that they would honor or else. I even had a manager come to my house. Other than telling me that the salesman did everything wrong and she wanted me to resign a new contract nothing was accomplished. The installer did however show up when he was supposed to and did a fine job.
Description of Work: I purchased tile to be installed in my hallway.

+ -1 moreThe salesman was knowledgable, professional and completely understanding of my wants. Each step of process - measurement, delivery and installation- was completed in a timely manner. From start to finish, it was a matter of less than two weeks. Installation was very smooth. Workman explained any problems with the installation (mostly building problems) and what he was doing to compensate. I'm very happy with the results.
Description of Work: Had measurements done for size security screen door needed. Bought door and hardware. Had door installed
