They did an excellent job!

Lowe's did a good job on the installation of our high quality door. We did have a small problem with the door before and when I called, they walked me through the entire problem over the phone and sent me the fifty dollar part I needed for free. I thought the price was fair and worth it.

Lowe's disappointed me as a customer. I ordered the floor early in December and wanted it installed before Christmas for my wife. However, they just finished up during the last week of January. The installation crew did a good job, but left a big mess outside of my home. I wasn't happy with the time it took them to get around to doing the work.

Lowes replaced my water heater after fifteen years use and the new ones are installed differently then the old ones. The company did a great job of getting the old one removed and dispose of and installing the new one with a lot more attachments than the previous unit. The service people were nice, came on time to do their work and efficient in getting everything done to the city regulations.

Lowe's did an excellent job with our kitchen counter tops. I felt that they were very efficient and hard working as they got everything done quickly without any mistakes. The crew was very polite while in our home and they cleaned up all of their mess. Overall they were outstanding.

Lowe's installed cheap quality countertops that are not holding up well at all after only a short period of time. I felt that the look was tedious, however I don't fully blame them for that as for the price range I had, there wasn't many options to choose from. Even though they did install them okay, I was just never really satisfied with them.

Lowes did a great job of communicating with me. They made sure that I understood what needed to be done and what the cost was going to be. They didn't get here when they said that they were going to be however they did give me a reason why they were late so I understood. They were able to get the door done in just one day.

Lowe's should have been better prepared for the job that they had come out to do. I had a hard time with them. They did not have the right drill bits and I felt that if they had done this kind of work that they should have had all the tools necessary.

Lowe's provided satisfying service while selecting the door, setting an appointment, and installing it. I thought that the crew was hard working and worked quickly. They did a good job with the track and cleaned up well. I felt that the crew was clean and polite and I was very satisfied.

Lowe's arrived on time to fix my ice maker and I haven't had any problems with it since the repair. They explained what was wrong and what needed to be done to fix it. They did clean up after they were finished. I did think that they thought I was stupid for my ice maker not working.

Lowe's did an absolutely unsatisfactory job on my floors. I felt that they crew was terrible as they wouldn't listen to me at all. I had to fire them about halfway through the project as they were doing such a terrible job. I did however; pay them for the work that they had completed. I had to hire another company to get the job done right.

I can say that Lowe's did a magnificent job. I cannot complain about anything. There are no tacks visible at all. Everything is just perfect and every room looks great. I was expecting to get at least one room to be not so perfect. Honestly, they did great with every room. I would hire Lowe's again in a heartbeat. I feel that they are very professional and there pricing is great as well.

Lowes did a beautiful job, and it only took five hours. That includes the treatment of the bare floors, and the installation, and clean up. We were amazed how fast it was done. They did not sacrifice quality for the speed though. There are no loose areas, and the carpeting was secured flush to the wall. The carpeting is high quality and it easy to vacuum.

Lowe's did an alright job installing my doors, however there were a few problems. Once the doors were hung, they discovered that they did not have the right hardware to finish the job. Unfortunately the hardware that was needed had been discontinued so they refunded the cost of the door and let me keep it which I was happy about. I only had to pay for the actual labor provided.

Lowe's knew what I wanted and got it done right away. The fit is great and there is no air leaks what so ever. They took the time to inspect it inside and out when they were done. They were very hardworking people and made sure that we were satisfied with the work that they had done.

Lowe's is such a deceptive company. I have never dealt with such a bad company. When I signed the contract for the installation, I took for granted like any other time I have had something done, that they do the work it takes to complete the task. Well that isn't the case with this company. The subcontractors got out here and told me I had to move things around for them. I had to take the blinds off for them and just a whole lot of stuff I never thought I had to do. I am seventy years old and for them to show up and basically say I needed to do the prep work for the job just blew my mind. I do not trust this company at all.
