This wasn't the first time I'd used Mark to work on my AC system. Previously, I had him provide a second opinion on a unit that was malfunctioning and he saved me $500 over another 'big name' company that wanted to replace unnecessary parts. I called Mark Saturday afternoon when I realized my AC wasn't blowing cold air. Mark said he could be at the house in about an hour! I was very happy with that seeing as it was 3pm on a Saturday! Mark arrived at the time he said he would and began to troubleshoot the system. He found that NV Energy had not properly connected the new thermostat they installed (one of those ones NV Energy can control remotely). Mark completed troubleshooting the system even after the thermostat was installed correctly. This way he was certain nothing else was wrong with my 13+ year old system. Mark completed the troubleshooting and provided me with a written invoice. He was a pleasure to work with and left everything clean in the areas he worked.

They have always done a great job. Their prices are very fair and we would use him again.
