Description of Work: Yard cleaning and manicuring, irrigation check, and stump killer for a stuburn removed tree.

Description of Work: I used Little's Landscaping. It is his last name, Chad Little. He came and worked on the irrigation system. It cost $100 to fix the brakes.

+ -1 moreI called him up, and set up an appointment within the day for an estimate. I later learned that we were practically neighbors, as he lives a few blocks from us, so he was able to come to our place before he went home that night. He was prompt and gave me a good estimate with a fair price. He was also very easy to talk with as he is young and not foreigner. There was no miscommunication and we understood each other perfectly. He is actually an environmental science graduate who found out that he made more money doing landscaping in this bad economy, so that was a plus. He was back within the same week to install the rocks. He was not too loud, and he was fast and clean. We called him again several times after that, as he became our trusted gardener since then.
Description of Work: Installed 7 tons of rock in our front and back yard, and also cleaned up our yard
