Description of Work: Bryant was thorough in checking the cooling system which included the thermostat, amp draw and air temperatures using the meter. He did point out potential problems with pitting on the contacts which we deferred. He was prompt and we even got a call ahead before they arrived. Thank you!

Description of Work: My air-conditioning fan went out in the middle of summer and they were able to make it out to my home the day I called them and replaced the fan for a reasonable price during the visit. The staff in the office and the tech that replaced it were both friendly and professional!! I highly recommend this company!! Honest company that doesn't try to get you to replace things that are not needed!!

Description of Work: This is the third time we have used Linn Air. We signed up for annual maintenance on the two new HVAC units they installed in our rental home. ( The renters failed to change filters so the $10,500 worth of units were at risk.) as usual, workers promptly showed up and changed the filters. The contract is quarterly filter changes and annual duct cleaning.

They were recommended to me a few years after we moved to the Las Vegas area.They do an annual check on my HOV unit. After many years of them keeping my AC working, it finally became necessary to replace the out-dated unit. That was five years ago and we have been trouble free.

Description of Work: Annual heating units inspection. Lin-Air checked 2 heating units to ensure that they were in top running condition. Neither unit required any work and are within specifications. Lin-Air would have come out the day earlier, if we had been available. I continue to be pleased with the quality of their work.

They are very knowledgable and most importantly, honest. They are not trying to provide unnecessary services. We were contemplating changing our A/C units out. They were very upfront on their opinion about holding out as long as possible since our units aren't that old. That shows they are not just out to make a buck. I will DEFINITELY call them when it is time to change them out. I refer them to anyone I hear in need of A/C services. They are truly the best!

Description of Work: They replaced a capacitor. It went great. The tech arrived on time and identified the problem quickly. The whole thing took less tha. 15 minutes. The tech also have me some advise on how to properly maintain the unit to avoid future issues.
