Sorry if you leave a message on the Angie’s List message site we do not ALAWAYS get those notifications. I’m not sure why. For this reason our office number and my personal cell phone is listed on the site. I answer calls to my cell 24 hours a day 7 days a week 365 days a year. Sorry we could not get in contact.

When Brad initially brought out his crew to perform duct cleaning, I was so impressed that I asked him if they also performed service calls on HVAC systems. He explained that their family business sold and serviced all systems. I am absolutely sold on Lin Air and they are my forever HVAC Contractor.
Description of Work: Brad initially brought out a crew to clean out all ducting and registers following a minor flood, subsequent dust blown by large fans and subsequent molds in the house. They were brought in by the recommended contractor from Traveler's Insurance and did a professional and thorough job. I recently had Brad back out for a service call on my noisy 1 year old HVAC system, installed by another company (whom I would never use again). He recognized that the problem was in my twin permanent filters that looked clean but were actually very dirty. He did not charge at all for the service call.

Lin-Air Service Company did a great job of installing our heating and air conditioning unit. We have not had any problems with my unit since the installation. They really seemed to know what they were doing and they all did an excellent job. They did a great job of answering any questions I had.

Lin-Air Service Company went above and beyond our expectations when they removed and hauled our old unit away without charging us extra. We thought that was just super. The crew was polite and professional.
Description of Work: They installed a three ton air conditioning unit. They also removed the old one and disposed of it for us.

Lin-Air Service Company provided us with quick, professional service. The crew was very kind and knowledgeable. We felt they were very helpful by answering our questions and leaving us with information about our air conditioner. We have not had any problems with it since they installed it.

I was very impressed with the service that I received from Lin Air. We had no heat in our home and it was very cold. I called Lin Air right away and they were able to service us that same afternoon. The repairman knew right away what the problem was, and had the part that he needed in his van and had our heating system fixed in no time. They also gave me a senior discount which was very nice, because I am on a fixed income.
Description of Work: Lin Air replaced the igniter that went out in our heating system.
