Great! Returned phone call promptly. Set up appt. Showed up for appt. Just as it should be but hardly ever is. Very refreshing!!

I was disappointed with the lack of follow-up.

Went perfectly. The salesman gave me options relative to efficiency and going green. They have done work for the family for nearly 40 years so we knew that they would be on time, do the work promptly and professionally and give good customer service.

I'm happy with the service from this company. I would use them again.

Overall everything was perfect. The company did exactly what they said they would do exactly as they said they would. There advice was perfect and we have enjoyed our new unit ever since.

Brent provided a written estimate (which another contractor refused to do) the day after we initially contacted him, answered all our questions, and offered several solutions to our problem (faulty heating on our 15-year-old heat pump during the dead of winter). Unfortunately, it took 2 wks. between estimate and installation of new unit. The installation itself in our crawl space and outside was completely professionally accomplished and took 2-3 hours from start to finish.

The workman gave me 2 options. He could tighten the piping and reduce the noise, or replace the compressor for $2000. I went for the cheaper option. While the noise was almost gone, while he was working on it, it was only minimally better, when he was finished. They tried to show up 6 hours late, for the 1st scheduled appointment. I had to reschedule.

I CALLED MR. JOHNSON ON FRIDAY EVENING,JUNE 22,2007 AND TOLD HIM THAT IF HE COULD INSTALL 2 AC/HEAT UNITS ON MONDAY, THAT HE HAD THE JOB. HE CALLED ME BACK SAT AM AND SAID HE WOULD BE OVER TO MEASURE THE AREA ON THIS DAY. ON MONDAY MORNING AT EXACTLY 9:30 (THE TIME HE SAID HE WOULD BE HERE), HE AND HIS WORKERS ARRIVED. MR. JOHNSON STAYED HERE DURING THE WORK BEING DONE, GETTING READY FOR THE CRANE TO COME TO TAKE THE OLD UNITS OFF OF MY ROOF AND INSTALL THE NEW ONES. 2 1/2 HOURS LATER EVERYTHING WAS INSTALLED, CLEAN UP WORK WAS DONE AND THE OLD UNITS WERE TAKEN AWAY. WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE AND THE PRODUCT!!! WE WILL GIVE HIS NAME TO ALL OF OUR FRIENDS THAT ARE IN NEED OF HIS SERVICE. COULD NOT HAVE ASKED FOR ANY BETTER SERVICE!!!

I found Lin Air Service on Angie's List and called in. They were very receptive and came over that day to give us an estimate on the work. After we mentioned we had found him on Angie's List he lowered the price a bit and mentioned he had 3 other jobs that day from Angie's List. The work was done as promised. All the people we dealt with were very kind and helpful. This is a family run business and they really try to please. If I need other Heating or A/C work done I will call them.

From my initial conversation throughout the entire process, Brent was very professional, knowledgeable and informative. He answered ALL my questions with patience and made himself available by cell phone. He evaluated my home and gave suggestions for problems, keeping in mind the most cost effective solutions. The day of the work he arrived early to prep the area and the work was completed in just a few hours. He coordinated the crane and delivery of the new unit well so the system was only shut down for about 1 hour. I highly recommend Lin-Air for Heating or A/C needs!

Checked inside unit as well as each vent to insure that air was flowing at the set temperature. Checked outside fan and checked for sufficient coolant in system. Recommended I should change some of the vents for more efficient use.

Everything went smooth. The hardest part was being without air conditioning for that long. I was one of many poor souls having air conditioning problems that week. But it is working better than it did before and I am happy.

The service guy showed up on time and completed the work in about 1 hour. He seemed to know what he was doing. They were able to schedule the appointment for the next day. I was very happy with the work they did. There have been no problems since. The price could have been a little better, but it was well worth it.

They did show up on time. They actually made two trips out. They were here the first time for about 30 minutes. Once they figured out what was wrong, they had to go pick up the part at the warehouse. They came back the next day to install it. The second visit took them about 1 hour. The guy were very nice. I thought that the price was really good since they had to make 2 visits and we needed a new part.

The people at Lin Air are very professional. I was referred to them by our neighbors. They gave us a fantastic price on our air conditioner, which included the installation. I was very happy with the quality of their work as here in Nevada it can sometimes be a matter of life and death to have an air conditioner that works.

Exceptional job is how I would describe what that these guys did. I can't think of one complaint about their services, the quality of their work, their cleanliness or even their personality. Everything was extremely satisfactory. They were very organized and on time. They were very respectable and had very good manners. Professional is the word that sticks in my head when it comes to these guys. All of my inquiries and questions were answered.

I liked how knowledgeable they were. It was a problem I was able to fix myself, so they did not charge me the full consultation fee.

The existing HVAC units on our house being old and inefficient needed replacing. I logged onto the Angie's List web site and selected three of the top rated Heating & A/C contractors to contact for bids. Of the three contacted, two responded (AASAP and Lin Air), both visited my home and provided an estimate. The Lin Air estimate was superior. Based on Brent's (Lin Air) assesment of my needs, the options provied, and my own evaluation of the areas to be heated and cooled, I decided to have Lin Air install two, American Standard, 3 ton, 14 SEER units. I contacted Brent,settled any remaining questions regaring my choices and scheduled an installation. As is said, "the rest is history". the job was done on time and as stated. No pressure was brought to bear regarding the addition of add on services or equipment. Thank you Brent and crew for a job well done!

I called at 8:30 am, someone arrived before 10:30 and the work was completed shortly after 11am. Pleasant and perfect experience all around. Absolutely polite, honest and reasonable company to work with.

Being very unhappy with a system installed by another company (see Silver State) we called Lin Air to see if anything could be done with the unit or what it would cost to replace it. The serviceman said there was nothing obviously wrong but that to check it further another port needed to be added. We asked to have their salesman come by and give us an estimate on another unit before making the decision. A very nice young man came by and spent about an hour looking and playing with it. He finally figured out that all we had to do was keep it set approx. 12-15 degrees higher than we think we want and it worked perfectly!!! And he did not charge us for his time.

They were very honest. They came back to check it with no charge. When I talked to the lady on the phone she was very nice and cooperative. The man who came out was very nice and cooperative too.

They were on time, and even though the problem was an installation problem from the builder, the service tech was honest and efficient.

Service was prompt, professional and excellent.

Called one afternoon, they were here the next day. Very pleasant to deal with by phone and in person. He checked unit, replaced contactor and cleaned the filter. Also answered our questions about cost to replace in the future.

He did not charge more for coming out on the weekend. We were very pleased with his service. They were competitive in price.
