Fabulous. Roy from Lin Air came out and repaired onsite. He is great!

This company is fantastic. Roy was our service technician/engineer and fixed our heating unit in short order. While I'm sure all the employees are great, Roy certainly stood out for us. Not only is he personable but very knowledgeable. While having some trust issues with other companies in the past, I have complete trust in Lin-Air. They will get all my business from this day forward! Thank you Lin-Air and Roy!

We have been using them for 40 years. They are always good.

They fixed the problem by replacing a part and then cleaned my system free of charge. They also took the time to come in and explain what they had done and what I needed to do to maintain my system, which was basically nothing for some time, except making sure my filter was always clean. They didn't try to upsell me for a service contract. This was the second time I had used them. I called the office after they left because I am a senior, and had forgotten to ask for the discount. The girl in the office was very nice and said she would look into it. I didn't get a call back and thought I had just been "shined off" as businesses usually do. I was a little surprised, but okay. I was too embarrased to ask again. But no! A check came in the mail a week later for the discount. She had not forgotten and I'm bad about not hearing the phone. These are all really nice people that I believe do a good honest job. When it's time to replace my air conditioner, they will be the ones I call. Thank you Lin Air!

I actually had a good experience with a company called Lin Air. I want to say that was five, six years ago. I've used them for annual service tune ups and any repairs that may be needed. I think I checked three or four companies and they were the best. I'd say, I don't know, $2500.

Arrived on time to diagnose problem. Once determined, the new blower was ordered. It was a special order item and one of the more costly so an additional week delay for installation. Once it arrived, the job was completed in one day. We purchased an annual filter and seasonal system check. They call and schedule quarterly. Provide replacement filters and answer any questions regarding the system. Check the Hvac for seasonal changes, spring and fall. Saves us time and shopping and could catch any new issues with the Hvac. The air conditioning performance improved. Our bills this summer have been 15 percent lower even with rate increases.

They are very good. The price was within reason. We would use them again except that they are not listed in our American Home shield which we have.

I emailed the company via Angie's List website and explained I had returned from vacation to find one zone of my two zone house HOT!. Within 10 minutes on a SUNDAY night the owner called and we discussed the potential problem as well as a schedule for repair. In the midst of the heat wave I understand I was likely only the latest of hundreds of calls for AC repair. Long story short the capacitor was repaired about 15 hours later. I am appreciative and amazed both.

Not well. Estimator had an attitude on the phone, a little arrogant and a lot indifferent. In a competitive market, I don't think it's unreasonable to expect politeness, professional language and demeanor, and an overall acknowledgement that my trust and my business needs to be earned, even during an initial phone call. Adding insult to injury, I called again the next day for more info, but the Estimator, Brent, never called me back. I'll be spending top dollar for a complete system install--with another company.

Dave arrived on time. He was friendly and professional. When he stated that everything looked good, I told him that is why I called him back for this year's inspection. He wasn't here to sell me anything. If he does find a problem in the future I will not hesitate to take his recommendations. Lin Air Service Co has my recommendation.

Dave, the technician arrived early. He went right to work and discovered that a fan in the A/C unit on the roof had to be adjusted. There was no need to replace any parts. He was courteous an efficient. I would recommend Lin Air to anyone.

Lin Air provided the best service from anyone I have ever received in Las Vegas since I moved here eight years ago. During the initial meeting the company owner listened to my concerns and requirements, honestly answered all my questions and provided a quote that was by far the best value. The quote was not the lowest, but I was not looking for the absolute lowest price. Instead it was significantly below other quotes for similar high quality, high efficiency systems. On the day of the installation the crew arrived on time, had all the necessary equipment and within four hours I had a completely new furnace, condenser, and controls. The installers noticed a hum in the furnace and said they would come back to fix it. I barely heard the hum but they insisted on checking it out again. A few days later they arrived and spent several hours trying to track down the source of the noise. They could never get it to completely stop so they pulled out the new furnace and installed a new one - all for no additional charge. I highly recommend Lin Air for any heating, air conditioning or ventilating projects.

They are courteous, on time, and their prices are good. I've been using them for several years.

He told me they needed to replace the control board. It would have cost me 650.00 to order a part.

I got them from Angie’s List a number of years ago. He keeps coming over for customer service all the time. We’ve been having a balancing issue. One room is super hot. We got a two-stage 15 seer air conditioning unit on the roof. It is HDAC so it has the gas and the air conditioning all in one unit. They are prompt and on time. It is a good price. The unit is energy efficient. Their customer service is outstanding.

Called them on the 11th, a Sunday morning - we have alternative heat so we did not identify our need as urgent. Within 10 minutes of the call to Lin-Air we received return call from Brad on call tech. No urgent need so agreed to Lin-Air calling us the next day between 0800 and 0830, received the call at 0830. Work scheduled for same day between 0900 - 1200. Call at 1010, tech on the way. Dave arrived at 1045. Trouble identified at 1100. 1120 part located across town. Agreed to a 1600 repair, again, we did not have an urgent need for a fix and we though it only fair to have him answer a couple of calls as he traveled back across town. Called Lin-Air at 1620 to inquire about repair, Dave arrived at 1625. 1645 blower unit installed and heat is flowing again. Fix complete. Dave departed at 1700. Dave showed a great working knowledge of our unit, identified the problem in minutes. No second guessing when diagnosing the problem or when installing the working blower assembly. No pushing any unneeded work or maintenance plan of any kind. No surprises, good experience from our point of view.

Heat went out a few days before the end of the year. I'm a home inspector so took a crack at figuring out what was wrong and discovered that the heat exchanger had failed. I called Lin Air and owner Brent called me back. I described what I was seeing and he agreed with the diagnosis. Given the age of the unit and the cost of replacing a heat exchanger, we both agreed replacing whole unit was the best option. He gave me a few different unit options and prices. I called back the next day and agreed to go forward with a new unit. On new years eve, they actually came earlier than promised with the new unit. By 12:30 the work was all done. The overall service was exceptional. They installed a new drain line and stand for mounting the unit. Brent told me that the ductwork sheet metal was done somewhat incorrectly with the old unit and corrected that along with the gas line that too close to the unit. This is a family owned business and the service I got reflected the personalized nature of doing business with someone who values their clients. I would recommend Lin Air to anyone who needs an HVAC contractor.
