We are genuinely sorry to hear we had not met your high expectations. According to your review it has been almost 2 years since the repair described (sink repairs) had been performed ( Feb 2014 ). We value our Angie's List customers and therefore followed up on the history of your account. The copy of your signed field invoice approved the work as completed to your satisfaction. An additional signed written estimate authorizing the work and the payment record all show we only repaired and only charged for a damaged bathtub. There were no sink repairs, glazing or cleaning ever performed by our company as described in your review. The only work we did perform (the tub repair) was completed later in the year ( mid August, not February as also cited in your review) so we are a little confused about the review's context, job description and dates. Many times different companies are contracted for similar repairs and there may be confusion especially after a lapsed period of time. We do warranty our work so if a quality issue arises under the covered period we would certainly try and resolve the issue. We also pride ourselves on punctuality and responsiveness. Our standard procedure is to notify our clients in the event we are running behind from a previous job, which may occur from time to time in the service industry. Since it has been an extended period of time it is difficult for us to comment from memory what communications transpired on the date we provided service. Having been in business for over 30 years, we truly value our customers and their feedback. Again, if the review was veritably for us, we are truly sorry that we did not meet your expectations and will use your feedback to better improve upon our service operations. Thank you.
