Description of Work: I highly recommend Mr. Satallante at Licata Enterprises. Had my brand new house inspected before my walk through and closing and Mr. Satallante did a very thorough inspection. Within a couple of hours I received a very detailed report with photos of the inspection as well as suggestions and recommendations.

+ -1 moreWe hired Jody--with Licata Enterprises LLC Home Inspections-- to complete a thorough and detailed home inspection on a new house we're buying. We will use his service again in the future, and we recommend his service to others. We appreciated his attention to detail, his professionalism, his help with pointing things out in the house we were unfamiliar with; his timely and well-explained report helped us feel better about our major purchase. Jody came out to inspect the house on Saturday afternoon. He took pictures and stayed for a couple hours looking everything over. He checked inside the house, and outside--nothing was left out. By that evening, he sent us the inspection report with pictures, and lots of helpful information about our new house. He called us back immediately when we called, and he arrived on time.
