+ 0 moreDISHONEST, RUDE, and recommended replacing a drip system control that has no problems and is working well. I got a call 15 minutes before Victor was supposed to be at my home saying he was sick. He showed up on time for the rescheduled appointment the next day, but said he wasn't sick the day before. We looked at the front yard first, and his quotes were high compared to others, and as we started to walk to the back yard, I suggested that his prices seemed a bit high. He stopped, said he wouldn't give me a quote for the back yard and said he had another appointment and abruptly left. I called the office and the woman said that no one has ever complained about Victor before (which I doubt), implying that asking about a high price is the problem. Recommending unnecessary equipment replacement and high prices followed by rude behavior is a strong indicator of this company's lack of integrity. DO NOT USE!

Description of Work: We asked for an estimate for work needed on our trees. They were kind enough to come out and tell us exactly what should be done. They did not charge for their time. They gave us a written estimate. Unfortunately, our budget is tight just now, so we haven't hired them to do the work. When we can afford it, we would certainly retain their services.

+ 1 moreThey clean up after themselves, and it is done, and they are very reasonable. We have used them since we moved here. We last used them in the fall, and we are getting ready to call him again to trim everything and blow it for spring. The price depends on what he does. He has done a little bit of everything. Last year we had him plant a tree which was in a box. We paid for it down at the nursery, and he went down, picked it up together with another bush that we bought, and came and planted both of them. He replaced one bush with the tree. He charged us only about $20 per hour. He is a regular licensed arborist, and he has been very good and very reliable. I have no complaints.
Description of Work: I used Victor at Liberty. He comes and does the bushes, and trimming, the majority of our house is in his 2500 home subdivision, he is that good. They planted trees, relocated trees, reran the sprinklers, and they do it all.

+ -1 moreI have used Liberty Tree Service for the last 5 years. They have planted new trees and maintained, pruned and cared for the trees, bushes and irrigation system at my home. They are always on time, they come with a complete crew. They are swift in their work and always clean up. They make suggestions for future work or potential repairs. I had another tree service come out and give me a bid for spring pruning of our mesquite trees. They quoted the work at over j$600. Victor at Liberty did the work for $185. As always I was very pleased. I will continue to use Liberty Tree Service.
Description of Work: Spring pruning of mesquite trees and lawn work, including sprinkler repairs.
