This is a tough job to evaluate as so much of the work is done in areas that cannot be seen. They did show me the furnace intake return before and after to show that it was cleaner afterward, but most of the ductwork, of course, cannot be seen, and they cleaned that as well. I waited over a month to review this company as I wanted to see whether the air duct cleaning would have an impact on dust levels in my home. It appears to me that the amount of dust is down a bit in my home but not dramatically. Since this is my first duct cleaning ever, I can't compare the observed results to other companies' work. I have no reason to think they didn't do the job as it should have been done, and I am satisfied to have cleaner duct work. I would comment, though, that they moved a table and some chairs in doing the work and failed to put them back. I also found a minor amount of dirt on the floor from their work that they failed to clean up. On the whole, though, they seem to have done an adequate job, but I would probably be inclined to try someone else next time to see if I would have a better experience. Another complaint, of sorts, that applies to this company but also to others that do the same kind of work, is that they advertise prominently a very cheap price but, in fact, a much more expensive cleaning is recommended and, no doubt, needed. One gets the much higher price only after they come out and provide an on-site estimate.
