LESLIE'S SWIMMING POOL SUPPLIES

On May 31, 2014 I purchased a variable speed pump and motor with electronic adapter from this store. The salesperson, Kayla Cameron stated that someone from the service department would call me that afternoon to schedule an installation. I never received a call. 3 days later, I contacted Kayla and she called me back and said the installation had been scheduled but the service department was unable to contact me because they didn't know that they had to now use the area code (702) to make phone calls. When she told me the scheduled date, I told her I had a conflict with that date. She called me back and said the new appointment was for Saturday, June 14, 2014 between 8:00 AM and 12:00 Noon. On Saturday, June 14, 2014 at 10:30 AM I called the store and asked if my appointment was still on for that day. Mark, the store manager said his schedule showed that I was on the schedule and that the service technician had not yet picked up the pump, but he should within the next hour and would be at my house by noon. At 11:30 AM, Mark called and said that my installation had been rescheduled by the service department, but that nobody had contacted him about the rescheduling. I then told Mark to cancel the order. I went to the store that afternoon and received a full credit card refund. On Monday, June 16, 2014 at 9:30 AM, I received a phone call from a Leslie Pool service technican. He said I was scheduled for a pump motor installation today and he wanted to come and put it in. I advised him that the order had been canceled the previous Saturday.
