Stevan was the proprietor that responded to my call. He immediately scheduled an appointment for a design consultation. He was on time and immediately started taking measurements. We spent approximately 40 minutes going over my ideas and discussing design. He listened attentively to what I wanted and his expertise and years of business was quite evident. He knew the city and subdivision codes and what would be required by the HOA. We picked plants and flowers that fit the space, orientation of my home, so that plants would get the required shade or sunlight needed to flourish. I preferred smaller plants that grows into the space. Two days later he emailed me a birds-eye computerized artist rendering of the design, with a breakdown of trees, plants and flowers. He was very patient with my revisions and tweaking of the design until I was completely happy with the design and materials. The plans and design took into consideration that there would be something blooming during each season, so I would have color in my yard year round. He then followed with the final design and job estimate within two days. His estimate was very detailed, including length and height of planter wall, drainage, lighting, and size of trees, time to complete the job, and guarantees. After receiving HOA approval, it took him and his crew 3 days to complete the job. The exact time frame he said the project would take. He kept me up-dated every step of the way, and sought my opinion on a substitution when a certain plant that we planned to use was not available. The crew cleaned up and pressure washed the patio and patio furniture that got dirty during their installation. When the job was completed, we did a walk through and he instructed me on the care and maintenance that would be needed during the critical first two months in order for the plants to take root. I have to say, that I am not the easiest person to please (which I'm sure is evident in my reviews). But, I would highly recommend this landscaper, and definitely would use them in the future for any landscaping needs . The service is top notch, the expertise is A-1, and the materials used were superior. This services stands out, in this valley where mediocrity seems to be the norm. I now have a tranquil oasis and resort in my own back yard. I am actually looking forward to spring.
