LATINAS HOUSE CLEANING

They are very good in there cleaning; but what turns the review from an A to an F is their scheduling. As of 11-07-2014 they have missed three appointments, never showed up or explained their absences. In this latest example, they were to arrive at 12 PM and it is now 2:23 PM.we called our house cleaner Martha to inquire as to whether or not she was to show up and have yet to receive a response. Obviously, they do not want our business. They are a waste of time and money; and we won't know longer sit on her hands and waste a day wondering if they will ever show up.

Failed to show up to appointments. They are not dependable.

It remains to be seen if we become "regular" customers. That all depends on price and the quality of their work. I have only 3 requests: [1] The ability to talk with you. To communicate thoughts, feelings and ideas as it pertains to our home (The inability to communicate with previous housecleaners was painfully frustrating; for all concerned). [2] A very thorough and complete cleaning!!! [3[ A fair price. This is particularly important for seniors who are not as mobile as they once were; and live on a tight, fixed income. Preliminary Conclusion: if their first visit is an indication of work to be done (a good omen), my wife and I were extremely impressed!!! The most amazing quality: we had a very hard worker whose ATTENTION TO DETAIL was astonishing!!! It is my prayer that all goes well for them; and, that our business relationship grows with time. THANK YOU!

We are very happy with her. They could use us as a reference. I don't know if it is fair or not because we have had her for a year and when we first negotiated with her, she actually wanted less than I thought that she could survive with. Nobody has ever given me a price this low. I said no, I am paying you more because I don't want you to feel like you are running in and out because we have dust allergies and stuff like that. We pay her $80 and she comes with another family member. We pay them $80 a week and they come 4 times a week because of our dust allergies and mold allergies, we need that type of attention. We really like her a lot. We have been using her every week for a year.

I have used this company several times and have always been pleased with the service. The last time they came they were 2 hours late, and informed us that their van ran out of gas. It was about 5PM when the 2 ladies showed up. The company ended up sending 7 ladies (normally 2) to get the job done and wow they got it done fast. Everyone at this company works hard and I appreciate their service. They are very careful and do a great job
