The employee who did the tub resurfacing did a good job. There were cracks in the tub that needed filled in and smoothed out, then he repainted to whole tub. There are some divots in the tub where the work was done and it is not completely smooth, feels wavy. However Allen was late and then left to handle personal business. That was fine as he had someone there to work and clearly tub work is a tight job and one person. Then we he returned her brought the employees girlfriend with him. When I made it clear to Allen I was uncomfortable with that he tried to say she was an employee but she clearly wasn't there to work. I have never had that kind of experience when dealing with a company and was in complete shock. Will not use again.

Allen was punctual, personable, and professional. He was also very thorough and left my bathtub and its surrounding tiles sparkling and blindingly white (note: they were all dingy and banged up before). I would recommend him to anyone who needs their old bathtub to look new.

Alan was very responsive to my original phone call. He met me at the house the next day. We agreed upon a price $200 per tub and he gave me the textured finish in the base of the tub for free. We made an appointment for him to come back in two days to start the work. It took him longer to finish than the original estimate, but it really was my fault. This house did not have the water turned on yet (I had just bought it) he had to use a bucket and walk over to the neighbors house to get water. Their was also a problem we discovered that the tub was not draining properly, once again this was not his fault. I had to bring over a wet vacuum to suck the water out. He finished the tubs and they look amazing, it is a night and day difference from the ugly blue and yellow colors they used to be. I would use him again and will recommend him to others. He did not collect any money upfront and I only paid him after he was done and I inspected his work.
