+ -1 moreExcellent! I expect great service from professionals. The Everett Group, Sean and Ali, are great individuals who love what they do. I did not list my address since my house is already sold in respect for the new homeowners.
Description of Work: I thought real estate agents were like car salesmen, but The Everett Group represents YOU and only you. They thoroughly explained everything. When they arrived at my house to pitch a listing presentation they exceeded my expectations. They knew the details of my neighborhood and in addition they already had the stats on a For Sale by owner next door to my house. They shot professional photos and it was sold within a week. My neighbor (the for sale by owner) is still waiting on his house to sell and it was listed for 10,000 less than mine.
