the service man was polite and did the job quickly wasn't sure where the block was but as of now it's working. I thought the price was high and they charged for gas and also there was a charge for using our Discover Card which was a suprise. I would not have them again and would nor recommend them to anyone.

On Sunday evening, our water heater started spewing water out of the top, flooding our garage. I logged on to Angie's List and found Las Vegas Plumbing. My call was answered by an answering service, which took my message. Within 5 minutes, Robert from Las Vegas Plumbing called me back. He came over promptly to assess the problem. The water heater I needed was 75 gal., which they do not keep in stock. First thing Monday morning, Robert picked up the water heater from the supply house and installed it. Robert was a true professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely use this company again.

I contacted Las Vegas Plumbing and Mark was out within the hour. It took him a bit longer than we anticipated as this is an old house and the main line was not direct to the street and sewer. Mark was extremely professional and finally cleared the clog. I will definitely use them again, put them in my Rolodex for future reference. And using Angie's list coupon saved 5%.

Out standing communication by the office staff , professional and freindly . Serviceman arrived wthin the hour , was also friendly and peofessional as well as highly quailified and experienced . Work was completed in less than an hour without any attempts at upselling or uneeded replacement . I highly recommend this company clearly thier priority is customer service.

They were very good. I spent about $140 on their services. They came out right away. They were very punctual because I had called someone else, and I waited like six hours for them. They were here within an hour. They were very nice and they fixed the problem. It didn’t cost me that much money and so they were very good. The customer service that they provided was great. It was excellent. I will definitely use their services again in the future.

I have been smelling a sewer (poop) smell in my bathroom, especially when I take a shower. I called this company based on its high rating on Angie's List. But it didn't get started well. When I called to make an appointment for someone to come to my home, the receptionist was very rude and curt. She actually sounded confused when I told her there was a bad sewer gas type smell coming from my bathroom. She kept saying, "Sewer gas?" Like she'd never heard of sewer gas or bad sewer smells. Seemed odd coming from a plumbing business. Eventually, we managed to get it sorted out she told me someone would be out that day. But they never gave me a time frame or an estimated time. And no one ever explained any pricing to me until after I asked -- and that was after they asked me how I was going to pay. I was told that the rates are $94 an hour with a minimum one hour charge. A few hours later a plumber arrived at my door. Considering I have a toddler who plays on the floor (and often puts things in her mouth), I was appalled at how dirty his appearance was. I noticed clumps of brown debris fall off his shoes and on to my carpet as he walked through my house, up the stairs and into my bathroom. I realize that plumbing is a messy business. But you never heard of booties? The plumber was also very curt and somewhat condescending as he looked over my bathroom. He kept saying, "Do you understand what I am saying to you?" in a way that made me think he did not respect women at all. (He actually called me "sweetheart" as he left. Like, "Take care, sweetheart." It was not unlike the stereotypical experience women have at the mechanics.) He gave a cursory look around the room and smelled some of the drains and told me I wasn't running water through all of them enough and that was why there was an odor. He also explained in painstaking detail all the methods they could use to find an odor if it turns out to be in the vents or sewer line. But, basically, he told me I didn't have much of a problem that he could see. After that, we settled the bill. As I wrote out the check he told me it was $104 for a house call. When I asked about the discrepancy, he said that the office girls forget to add the $10 fuel surcharge. It probably seems small, but I think it's a bit unprofessional to not get the correct quote. Overall, I felt that the plumber I dealt with was knowledgeable and gave me correct information. But I thought the office staff was sloppy, rude and unprofessional. And I thought the plumber was disrespectful in his attitude toward women and how he did not care about making a mess in my home.

The job went really well. I have always been pleased with their work. They always do a good job. I have nothing but good things to say about them. I would recommend them to others.

They were punctual, they seemed very knowledgeable, and they were very honest. It didn’t feel like they were performing services that I didn’t need and they will actually dissuade you from doing things that you don’t really need. I talked to the owner to discuss the drainage issue and they were very helpful and honest about the service.

It went well. He arrived on time and was done in about 15 minutes. He knew exactly what the problem was and had the parts on the truck. The job, start to finish, took about 20 minutes.

I've used them before and have always found them efficient and professional. The repair was done in very short order.

The plumber quickly identified the problem and replaced the bad valve. He mopped up any water and left the site clean. When I asked about replacing the cold water valve next to it, he discouraged me from replacing a good valve, which impressed me. He obviously wasn't out to make a quick buck but to provide a real service. When I asked his advice on a toilet problem, he gave me helpful information that resolved my issue. The replacement of the bathroom sink valve cost $115.00, mostly for labor, on a Sunday. As it happens, mere hours after this plumber left, I discovered another plumbing leak in the kitchen from the faucet there. This leak, unlike the one in the bathroom, was not constant but only when I ran the hot water. I called Las Vegas Plumbing, and they scheduled me for a plumber the next morning, which was fine with me. That plumber quickly diagnosed the source of the leak as a failure of the faucet itself. While he removed the kitchen faucet, I drove to Home Depot and bought a new faucet. When I got back, he was ready to install it. I was completely satisfied again with the service and good work. The kitchen faucet work, which took an hour and a half, cost $156.00, almost all for labor.

I know Las Vegas Plumbing Inc pretty good and they were fine. They put up a different pipe up to the ceiling to fix it up. They were not fabulous but they were not awful too. They told initially that they had to re-pipe my whole house but it was not necessary.

They repaired a leak that seemed to be coming from the base of the toilet. Then,discovered the leak in the tank which had at some previous time been patched. Clearly a new toilet was needed.We bought one and they installed the new one and took away the old one. Very professional.

This is my second time using Las Vegas Plumbing. They are very straight forward. The office staff does a very good job communicating, and providing information. Ron did the work on the house, and he was efficient, skilled and honest. Both times I used them, they showed up precisely on time, and the jobs took the exact amount of time anticipated. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Overall, my experience with Las Vegas Plumbing could not have been better. They were very responsive to my situation and very prompt and professional during all of my interactions with them.

The neighbors said that LV Plumbing showed up on time and completed the repair with in an hour. I am grateful I had a prior experience with them and felt comfortable calling them when I was out of town. I was in Europe and did not ask for an estimate as he has been very reasonable in the past.

called them in the afternoon between 12- 1 they said they would call before they came at 4.30pm I called back they said he would be here he showed up at 5:00pm and told me he didn't have the part and would have to come back tomorrow called in the morning and showed right on time the repair was to the feed on thr toilet the man wasn't in my house for total of ten minutes for both days and the labor charge was 1.5 hours and a $2.00 part was $16.00 total bill $182.00 ridiculous won't be calling them again

my water bill showed a usage jump from 40 gallons a day to 750 gallons a day = a serious leak. we could not find where the water was leaking or where it was going. i called las vegas plumbing and they came out right at the time they said they would. tom diagnosed the problem as a bad solenoid -- drove for new parts-- and replaced the solenoid in less than two hours. when he was done he charged "less" than he had estimated. this was my first time using angie's list and i could not have been more pleased with the accuracy of the ratings given by the other reports for las vegas plumbing. las vegas plumbing is now in my phone for the next time i need a plumber.

Excellent!! Mark was great. He could have just fixed the valve in the shower but it was the same cost if he checked all the valves in the house. Mark increased the water pressure to the house and even changed the hot and cold water feeds to the washer. This did not cost me any extra. This is the second time I have used this company and they are great.

They charge $90 for the first hour. Not too bad of a price. Will call them back to install a kitchen faucet.

They are wonderful. The receptionist and the plumbers are great. They always call back if they can't make it at the scheduled time. They do quality work and I would highly recommend them.

The work was finished within two days of the first appointment. The first thing they did was run a video of the line, found a problem, cleaned out the line, reran the video to the street showing the broken pipe about 5 feet from the clean out full of roots at the center. They returned the next day, removing a 3 foot by 9 foot by 4 foot deep area around the pipe, placing the dirt on a tarp. Left to get supplies and returned to finish the job. They cleaned up all the mess. I was very happy with the work done and the employees that did the work. Steve Hansen, owner, came out for the diagnosis of the problem, returned to ensure what needed to be done was getting done. He even fixed a water softner plug and made sure it was functioning before leaving. He suggested that I put one cup of water softner salt down the toilet, last thing at night, once a month, to control any roots that manage to break through the pipe in the future. He said that by flushing last thing at night, it will sit in the drain and discourage growth should any more roots invade. I would hire this company again. I was referred by a friend, and am happy to report a job well done.
