I had an emergency and they were out there within 20 min. They took care of the problem and I would use them again.

Arrived at the scheduled time. My shower was leaking, checked the pan for leaks could find any, found a small space near the bottom of shower door where water was seeping out, which was a simple fix.

The service was really good, because it was a kind of an emergency. The water heater in the garage started leaking, and they came out and fixed it right then for me. They got the urgency of it. They were prompt, and they recommended, they had the right people on staff. I asked them to do some other work and they did it. They brought out a really large water heater and I had to pay. They were able to come out and work on it really quickly. The price was in the middle, and I didn't have time to go out and shop for the lowest priced. The overall price was acceptable, it wasn't the best.

We were incredibly impressed! He quoted that he would be here in 45 minutes and was here in 30. He was very professional and worked quickly. The job was done effectively and without issue. We highly recommend!

Ryan coordinated the job and was in close contact with me about all the details. Initial scheduling took a few weeks as we were going on vacation and he had some other jobs lined up. Ryan arranged the permit and city inspection. We had a few days without gas as we waited for the city inspector; I'm not sure if Ryan could have done any better with that. They opened up the drywall to bring the lines down from the attic, then repaired, retextured, and repainted. The texture match is just slightly visible in the right light but only if you look for it. Bringing the line to the BBQ from the attic required digging a trench to reach under our existing BBQ slab. They cleaned this up nicely when finished. Our gas now works great and it's a relief to know nothing is leaking or corroding underground. Their pricing was competitive with another bid I had. Ryan gave me full credit for an initial visit to find the leak, and in the end didn't charge me for a few small mid-project additions that I asked for (the line to the wood fireplace and a new gas c*** near the meter). The work quality was good and I think we got a good value. Overall we are very happy their work and I would not hesitate to call on them again.

Tom arrived early and inspected every area of the house and located the leak which was from the water meter to the house. I had called Amereican Leak Detection and they wanted 600.00 just to come out and find the leak only and it would cost even more money to fix it. They didn't get back to me and I wasn't impressed with the dispatcher's attitude. Tom charged me 108.00 for the initial inspection and gave me an approximate bid of 500 as he would have to dig 3 feet down, cut out and replace the pipe which is around 20 years old. Tom was a very nice and courteous plumber and did a fantastic job locating leak and explaining in every detail the proceedure and cost. He showed us how to turn off the water when not being used to save on water bill until leak was fixed. He will be back Monday morning to start work. This company is fantastic, extremely professional and very affordable compared to anyone else. Can't say enough about how great Tom is and Las Vegas Plumbing. You don't ver need to call anyone one else for your plumbing needs. Don't call American Leak Detection. They will rip you off just for the inspection alone. I will report back when Tom is finished.

Dane arrived quickly and went right to work. He was very courteous and professional. He explained the problem and had everything resolved within 45 minutes. He took the time to educate me about the problem and signs to watch for, which I very much appreciated.

I appreciated that Lisa at Las Vegas Plumbing kept me informed when James was running late due to the job he was scheduled to perform before our appointment. When he first arrived, I wasn't sure if he had worked on my specific kitchen faucets and shower cartridges. As a result, I hovered over him, which wasn't the ideal situation, but his calm personality worked very well for both of us as he quickly figured out what needed to be done. It was a good thing I was here for some of the decisions that had to be made. When he got to the messy part of the job, which was going under the kitchen sink, he was in his element and worked quickly to work through each plumbing area that could've been the source of the back-up and odor problems I reported. The snake job was messy, but he did a great job of cleaning up and nearly insisted to lift the heavy RO tank back under the sink. He gave me some input for future work, and I will definitely request him if I need to move forward on other jobs.

I contacted Las Vegas Plumbing, Inc. this afternoon (around 1PM) when I found a pipe in my yard with a major leak. I tried contacting another plumbing company on Angie's List first, as they were the first name that popped up and the receptionist/dispatcher was very rude, so I decided not to use their services and contacted Las Vegas Plumbing instead. I was very happy with my results! James got to my home to fix the problem at around 3PM (just 2 hours after my call!) and was able to find the problem and fix it right away! The staff (both dispatcher and James, the plumber) were very friendly and quick. He even took the time to show me the old part that caused the problem and told me why. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Hired this company to investigate and hopefully eliminate a tricky odor issue in recently purchased home. Las Vegas Plumbing sent Kevin, an experienced plumber, who looked into all the possibilities. He was pleasant and knowledgeable and did educate me as to possible causes. I did have to wait around longer than expected for his arrival. Overall, a good experience and I would use them again.

Kevin didn't carry the valves that the builder had used, so he needed to go to a big box store to procure the parts. He did so and fixed my problem without a complaint.

The drain was cleaned out within two hours of calling for assistance. Durell cleaned up after himself and was very professional. From the initial call everyone I spoke with was professional. I was put in as the next call and within an hour they called to say they were on there way. Thanks for the great service.

Overall, the 2 men that came to my house did a good job and took care of all my problems. These 2 guys were good guys but probably are working in some tuff unknown situation. Something is wrong with Las Vegas plumbing because when they arrived they didn't have many of the necessary tools/parts on their truck necessary to do the job. 2 trips to Home Depot to pickup parts were necessary. Although they didn't charge me for the travel time to Home Depot and back to my house to buy parts they did 'jack' me on the price of a kitchen faucet as they bought a faucet at Home Depot that cost $54.00 and they charged me $90.00.....not cool (they left the faucet box at my house and I was able to go back to HD and compare and see what a new one cost....ouch...$36 bux on the down side I was. Probably the guys that did the job are good guys. The overall job they did was good and all my problems were solved. BUT, the other 'stuff' just ain't quite right. LV plubing is 'flying crooked'.

Replaced the hose and put in an elbow for the tight turn it had to make to get to the disposal. Air gap was put in backwards so it leaked again a couple weeks later. They came back and fixed it no charge. Working great.

He was on time, clean, No "Baba" with showing a "crack" . Job was done in about an hour or so. Price was what I expected to pay.

We had Steve come to our house to repair the spout in our Roman tub. The spout was leaking - it had been installed by an independent plumber from a different company - and Steve quickly determined that an O-ring in the spout had been damaged during the original installation. Fortunately the spout was under warranty, so we contacted the manufacturer and they mailed us a new spout. Of course this meant that Steve had to come back several days later (once the new spout arrived) in order to do the install. On his second trip to our home, Steve installed the spout, adjusted a toilet flapper in our powder room, and tightened a nut on the angle stop toilet in the guest bathroom. He was extremely personable, and he did an excellent job. I highly recommend this company and plan to use them for any future plumbing issues that may arrise.

The repair tech came soon after our call and our sewer line was soon unclogged.

A quick check identified the problem as the pilot light flame had gone out (likely from a power outage). A simple relight solved the lack of hot water. As the task was so minor the provider charged less than their minimum fee. Great Impression!

Received a call from a tenant requesting a plumber as all toilets, sinks (anything with a drain) was backing up. Called Las Vegas Plumbing. Receptionist was extremely helpful. She worked with us around time constraints, payment method and the disability/illness of the tenant. Plumber was met at the house and completed work quickly and efficiently. Plumber completed necessary work but suggested that a more extensive cleaning of main drain may be necessary in the future due to tree roots etc. Plumber did not try to do the most expensive remedy to the problem initially, which was appreciated. Will certainly use this company again.

The two plumbers arrived at exactly the time that I had been quoted. They were very respectful and kind. They completed their work in a timely , efficient manner. When finished, they cleaned up both the kitchen and garage areas without hesitation.I would definitely use this plumbing service again and recommend them, very highly, to anyone looking for quality plumbing. They get an A+ in my book.

Very pleased with this company. Called 20 minutes before he arrived. The plumber was very knowledgeable and helpful. He showed us where to cut off the water to the house. Will be calling them in the future.

I noticed the hot water was only warm, so found the water tank in the garage was linking. We called Las Vegas Plumbing, that we had before, and they came and installed a new water heater, the next day. The service plumber, James Hamly, was very professional and pleasant. I highly recommend them.

Once again the company saved me , arrived an hour after after I phone ,45 mim. latter they had finished and cleaned up .
