They were the bad ones. I bought the plan from Angie's List. The one that came had come from another job with half of his little truck filled. He could not get them in so he said he would just do one side. I said $100 for one side? He just walked out on me; he was terrible, honestly. He was so bad, honestly, that I still have the boxes. I used them right after I purchased the deal. I don't know who came out, if it was the owner or not, but he was so nasty. They were very bad and rude. He came with a bad attitude. I don't think it was the owner, he must have sent these guys. I think he came on time so the punctuality was good. I don't know the guys; they were Spanish, I think.

It was an Angie's "deal" for hauling 4 cubic feet. Included in my 4 cubic feet was and old water softener, VERY heavy. Although their offer did not specify a weight limit, I was charged an extra $75 because of the weigh of the water softener. Ad should have specified that there might be additional charges for overweight items.

Tried to schedule an appointment. They gave me dates to choose from. I chose a date and did not receive a response. Tried to schedule another appointment. Again,they gave me dates to choose from. I chose a date and received no response again. I ended up paying the city to bring me a dumpster and I removed the trash myself.

There was some miscommunication from whoever responds to their online adds. They drastically understated how much stuff could be hauled away. When they got there we were scrambling to find more stuff for them to take as we didn't have it all ready and they could take more than what we had set aside. The guys that showed up were funny, nice and very courteous. Other than the minor issue with the emails it was a great service.

If you consider the $98 dollars Angie's List special and "appearance fee" you will do well. He called a half hour after the scheeduled time and said he was going to get some lunch and be there in a half hour. He arrived over an hour after the rescheduled time. I show him what needs to be halued off, and he then starts the upsell. I ended up spending $398 for two guys for about 35 minutes. Was in a bind to get the stuff moved or would not have agreed to the additional $299 he charged me. I do not want to huirt his business and he is not bashful about asking for a "straight A review"on Angies list, but the purpose of the list is to accuratel identify what occurred which I have done here, otherwise the list is nothing but a solicitied "smile sheet" and providess nothing of value to consumers.

Fist I called to set up a time to come. A half hour befor the window closed they called and said they would be there in 30 minutes. He then said that he needed to know what I had for pick up. I stated I wasn't going to go through everything in the garage and enumerate everything. They then stated that they wouldn't send a truck unless they knew exactly what I had.

PROVIDER AGREED TO CART AWAY ITEMS FROM THE FRONT AND INSIDE OF RESIDENCE. PRICE CHARGED WAS AS AGREED UPON. OVIDER AND ASSITANT WERE PUNCTUAL, PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE. WORK WAS COMPLETED WITHIN THE SCHEDULED TIME. WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE THEM SHOULD I NEED THEIR SERVICES IN THE FUTURE.

When they arrived at property they informed tenant that they only remove items that are boxed and do not provide type of service that was needed. Tenant called me and per my instructions told the contractor to cancel the service at which time my tenant was told the purchase price charged to my credit card would be refunded. Two weeks later it still has not been refunded, nor has the contractor responded to my follow up email. I am now disputing the charge through my credit card.

Great communication from the moment I bought the "Big Deal." David arrived on time. Friendly, professional. Did exactly what was explained in the "Big Deal" for hauling away my unwanted items. I was especially happy that they would try to donate as much as possible to several local charities and organizations versus just trashing them..

I called him regarding a refund and he was extremely polite.

Arrived when promised and installation went very well along with pick up of fridge.

I just moved into a house that was still partially furnished w the old owners furniture and household items which I didnt want or need. 2 couches, dining table w chairs, some kind of carpenters table? The movers wouldnt take any of the stuff so I called Las Vegas Hauling and Junk Removal deliveries and the guy who answered the phone was great and scheduled the old junk to be removed that same day! Within a few hours 3 muscle men showed up at my house to get rid of all of that junk. They showed up on-time, were very courteous and professional and they worked fast, filling up their entire truck to the brim, so that I could get back to unpacking my own junk. ;) Highly recommended! I would definitely use them again.

The "Two Dave's" from Las Vegas Deliveries LLC were top-notch and cool, personable people who handled the delivery of my couch with care, efficiency, and great energy! Despite one of the "raniest days" this winter in Las Vegas they were on-top of the delivery with time, care, and precision, laying down carpet protecting pads and carrying the furniture with care! Hats off to the two Dave's and I highly recommend, cheers! Joe
