I received a phone call from them immediately. We scheduled an appointment for the same morning. The repair person showed up promptly on time and was ready to go to work. He laid out a couple of options for me that would solve my door problems. I made the decision to replace the garage door opener and he quickly went to work. Another repair person also showed up and did the maintenance on the doors while the first person installed the new garage door opener. They were fast, knowledgable, and very pleasant. It took about an hour for them to complete the entire job. The price for the new opener seemed a little spendy but I did select the deluxe model that has WiFi capabilities so that it can be operated with our cell phones.
Description of Work: My double garage door would not open with the remote and was hard to open with the opener attached to the wall. It was so hard to get the garage door open that i stopped parking my car in the garage.
