Good overall experience , very easy to work with, they had good suggestions, took time to work with me on scope and product selection. Installation was not exactly as nice as I would have liked,. Seems were pretty rough to be honest but not too bad. Great product though

We shopped around and Synlawn was the best response after initial call and the best price. The installers were very accommodating . The grass looks great and our little dogs love it.

The seam issue was one we discussed. We chose this company because we liked the answers. Everything was great except the seams. There is puckering and they show far more than we expected. A repair appointment was made but there isn't any change. Looks like a little railroad track.
