He was very good, also inexpensive. He put all new parts on, it worked for a while and then just quit working, I know if I were to take it back to him, he would have fixed it for free, but I was done messing with it.

I called to make an appointment to have a lamp problem fixed. He proceeded to tell me what possible problems I might have and simple solutions. I tried them and one worked, which meant I did not have to keep my appointment and I called back to thank him and cancel the appointment. NOW THIS IS WHAT I CALL SERVICE! I certainly will take any lamp problems to him, based upon his initial help and honesty.

The price was very reasonable and by coming to my house, he fixed it on site rather than having me remove the chandelier to take it to his shop. All in all, a very positive experience.

I called and talked to Len, he told me that he could provide the repairs on all three lamps. I set an appointment to bring the lamps to him.
