Kitchen Tune Up

Description of Work: Kitchen Tune Up refaced my kitchen cabinets and built a custom cabinet for the master bathroom. All work was completed on time and satisfied a very high quality standard. My wife and I are very pleased with the result and would not hesitate to call on them again for future projects.

Description of Work: Kitchen Tune Up refaced my kitchen cabinets, added a row of glass-door cabinets above existing ones, and installed soft close drawers. They customized a couple of areas under the stove top and new oven. |I can't say enough good things about Paul Climer! I worked with Paul at Kitchen Tune-Ups "long distance". I bought my home in Las Vegas several months before actually moving in. I met with Paul a couple of times at my Las Vegas house before I hired him--and then he started work before I moved in and while I was located in another city. He kept me updated through pictures, e-mail, and phone on every part of the installation. In addition, because I was not in town, Paul went the extra mile to meet and work with electrician--and helped to make sure my new appliances were properly installed. After I moved in, I asked Paul to come look at something that I thought he might have missed in attaching my dishwasher. As it turns out, it was something he had not dealt with at all--but he came by and fixed it for me anyway. |Paul is absolutely trustworthy and dependable. He kept appointments as promised--and he is a skilled tradesman with a great background as a builder and contractor.

Description of Work: They refaced all the cabinets in the house, and they did a wonderful job.

Description of Work: We have 10ft. ceilings in our house, but only 6' tall doors on our closets. Kitchen Tune Up came in and put beautiful white doors (to match the white crown molding and wood trim) above all of our closets so we can access all of the storage space above where the clothes hang. There was 4' of inaccessible height. The closet doors are 8ft wide and there is interior space on either side of the 8ft openings, so we really acquired a lot of storage space access. They installed 3 sets of narrower doors so we could open and close them while on the ladder. The quality hinges are hidden and the overall appearance is beautiful! They look like they were designed with the house. |Excellent workmanship by quality people! |We will definitely hire them again to redo kitchen and bathroom cabinets!

Description of Work: No services offered or performed. In early August 2012 I called Kitchen Tune Up to obtain a quote for an extensive refacing of kitchen cabinets and other improvements. Upon answering my call I asked for Paul Climer. The response was he was not available and was there something they could do for me. That was an interesting response as I thought Mr. Climer was in the kitchen remodeling business. I noted that to the person taking the call but nevertheless said I was looking for a quote. What followed was even more interesting, i.e., a series of questions that clearly resembled a legal deposition, none of which had anything to do with kitchen remodeling or refacing. I politely and quietly informed this person that none of the questions related to what Mr. Climer advertised, i.e., kitchen refacing. That comment evidently fell on deaf ears who continued with the irrelevant, inconsequential, and meritless queations. I told the person I had made a mistake in calling and again, polietly terminated call. I then went to another Angies candidate and so all is well, low five figure job just about complete, fixing a few minor deficiencies.
