Description of Work: Wanted my oak cabinets restained to esspresso. Initially the owner showed us a samples that matched our furniture color. After we interviewed several companies for the job we decided to go with kitchen tune up. When Paul came out to our ho,e to finalize the job, Paul brought out two espresso samples that did not match our furniture when I questioned the color, Paul said he didn't want to do the job. Had Paul showed us the final color samples in the beginning we would not have waisted several weeks dealing with Paul. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend using this company for any restraining project. Even Paul said that 10% of the restaining jobs are not satisfied with the work.

Description of Work: They did as promised - 1 day wood conditioning and made the cabinets look like new. They also added all my new hardware.

Description of Work: I want to dress up our cabinets, both kitchen and bath, and correct the issue with the hinges on the kitchen cabinets that were no longer functioning. Paul came out and suggested magnetic hinges and I also selected handles for the doors and drawers of the kitchen and both baths. Since it was a small job, it was postponed a couple of times. The actual job took a few hours but when the carpenter who performed the job left, we realized that a couple of the handles did not "line up". I did not call Paul about this although it does bother me. I doubt that it could be corrected, as it would leave holes in the wood. I will live with the slightly uneven handles in several places. You can only notice it if you are looking for it, but I feel that the job could have been performed to a higher standard. I am still pleased that I had this job done as it "dressed up" my cabinets and the new magnetic hinges certainly made the kitchen cabinets more functional.

Description of Work: My cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom needed to be re-done, they were 15 years old. I wasn't sure if I should reface or replace. I shopped around and met with 6 contractors. Paul Climber was actually my last, He was on time and professional and KNEW his business, we decided to reface the cabinets, The price was right and he assured me i could get the look that I wanted. Which was completely different from what i had.

Description of Work: Paul was very professional and punctual. The only reason we did not hire him was we were able to find another contractor with a few more options in the way of wood choices.

Description of Work: They came on time and began by laying large tarps to cover any transit areas, if they had to go in an area that was not covered they put on booties. They removed the cabinet doors and drawyers, and began the refacing, being very careful to keep things as clean and unclutterd as possible. When refacing of the old area was complete they hung new doors with hidden hinges and enstaled all new hardware for the new drewyers, then the put on the handles I had selected, made sure I was happy with everything and after cleaning up left me a happy consumer.

Description of Work: Scott Miller came out promptly, advised that the four kitchen drawer "boxes" (not the faces) would have to be replacedalong with the "rollers". He left me an estimate of $340 which I was to fax to his wife, Cindy if I decided to have the work done. I faxed the signed work order about three days later. After about five weeks, I called to ask when the drawers would be ready. Although I had a fax confirmation, Cindy said she had not received the fax. So I faxed it again. I waited another five weeks and called back. Cindy said she hadn't received the drawers but would call the fabricator and call me right back. I have never heard back from her. At this point, not only would I never use them or reccommend them, but I have arranged for another company to do the work and if I ever hear from them (unlikely), I would not accept the drawers!!!!
