1st class operation from presentation of system attributes to professional installation. A tad pricey but system has economic advantages by being non-electric and conserving on water wastage. A fairly responsible green system. I had a similar Kinetico system in Florida and wished I had moved it here to Las Vegas. Owners of local company also were the owners in Florida. System performing flawlessly.
