Great job.

They have the greatest people. Their price was excellent. Kimberly, the owner came and gave me an estimate. I wanted to try them out so I did. I was amazed because they did an excellent job. I did not think my house floor would ever look so good. She is not streaking. She does a wonderful job.

They're very good. They send 2-3 girls out and they're very thorough and they do a good job. Most of them are Hispanic and some speak broken English but that didn't seem to be too much of a problem. They're all very nice, pleasant girls. She's pretty accommodating for me because I travel quite a bit because we have our practice down in Texas, I come back and forth every couple of weeks and if I have to move her around, she's pretty accommodating about that. What I like is the fact that they come in and they get out, they're not here all day because if I've got things going on I like the fact that they come in, they do the house and then they're gone, and I've got 2400 square feet and a casita so they do 3 bathrooms and the casita has 1 also. I think they do a really good job. They're very good at responding, they're usually here right on time.

The cleaning team of 2 came to my home and i wanted them to stay an additional hour to clean my blinds. My house is 80% tile and they did a fabulous job with the floors, bathrooms and mirrors. Not sure what they used on the mirrors but they were sparkling clean. Everything was done to my liking which says a great deal becuase i am such a clean freak.

They cleaned my home when I was at work. When I came home I thought it was a different house. Everything was placed in its proper place. The house was cleaner than when I move in 6 months earlier and it is the best my furniture has look in years. Best cleaning service I ever use and plan to have routine cleaning ever month with Kimberly's Kleaning service.

Kimberly's Kleaning SVC did an outstanding job! They went above and beyond what we had discussed, and it was a pleasure to come home to such a clean home! I will be having them clean my home on a regular basis!

I interviewed 3 new housecleaning services. I was very impressed with Kimberly and confident that her crew would do an excellent job. I came down to her company and one other (HOME MAID), and the other offered a slightly better rate and a guarantee that if we did not like the work, we wouldn't have to pay for it. If the other ever fell through for some reason, I would want to hire Kimberly's service.

I read reviews on ANGIE"S LIST on several housekeeping/cleaning services & liked what I read that others had posted regarding KIMBERLY'S KLEANING SERVICE. I called & actually spoke to KIMBERLY! rare with most businesses.. she was pleasant & helpful. I explained that we had just moved here from another state & closed escrow on our home & that it had been sitting for sometime & had been 'surfaced-cleaned' for sales, so not only dusty, but dirty. She said she would come out with two of her housekeepers, help me access & reminded that I could use a 'first-time customer coupon on the Angie's List site' - 2hrs for $99. If I needed more time, she would calculate it in. I told her we were anxious to get moved into our home - she was very understanding & said let me check our scheduling right now, make some adjustments & set your appt. up quickly. Very nice. Cleaning day: Kimberly called early before the time they were to arrive, apologized, saying she had a sick child, could not come with the two women she was sending, but that like all of her employees, they were highly trained to find out what the client wanted & then to access what was needed & then together decide what would be done. Edith & Rosa arrived ON TIME with their own cleaning supplies & spent 4hrs (non-stop.. NON-STOP! we offered coffee, a 'break', etc. they said no & kept working!) We had just closed escrow & the house had been sitting empty for some time and had been surface cleaned for show to sell - - - NOT clean by my standards!!! Our house is a 1715sq ft older home - Edith & Rosa covered everything we asked them to do.. and then some! Edith pointed out many things that needed attention that I would have missed. A couple of time, I picked up a rag & started to work with them.. Edith said no! no! we're here to work FOR you! I was so surprised. I told her I had no problem working along with them & she replied of course if I wanted to.. but that it truly was NOT needed. And it wasn't. I am extremely pleased with their hard work & good service, and asked if I could request the two of them for future housekeeping.. Edith said yes, but that all the employees at KIMBERLY'S KLEANING are trained & perform the same services. I will be setting up a ongoing followup service & definitely recommend them.

The staff does a good job. They showed up on time and communicated well before arriving.

When I first made an appointment with Kimberly's Kleaning Service Kimberly was very nice and professional and worked the appointment around my schedule. This was the first time we've use their service so Kimberly came out with the girls to walk them through the house and point out what they should work on. After walking through the house Kimberly left and the girls went to work. They first started on the master bedroom/bathroom and it took them well over an hour just to do that, and it's not that large of an area so I thought an a hour was a little long to spend in there. They then started vacuuming the upstairs hallway and stairs and this also took them over an hour. The hallway is maybe 15-20 feet long so I still don't understand why it would take this long just to vacuum. We had them skip the other 2 upstairs bedrooms, so after they finished the 2 upstairs bathrooms and master bedroom they started on the downstairs living room, kitchen, and half bath. I went in to check the master bath and was very disappointed. They did not sweep or mop the floors by the toilet and they did not clean the toilet very well as there were still spots in the toilet. I asked one of the girls to redo it and she did. They did however do a good job on the mirrors and dusted the lights. The downstairs area is all tile with a couple rugs so I expressed to Kimberly it was very important that the entire floor is swept and mopped. They did not do this and when I checked the floor in front of the fireplace there was still black soot, and there were crumbs under the chairs and bar stools. So if they swept, they did not move any of the chairs. I also checked the kitchen counter tops and there were large crumbs so I don't believe they actually wiped the counters. They did clean the stove top and it looked nice. Overall it took them 4 1/2 hours to clean less than 1,500 square feet and they did not do a good job. It cost $240 and I tipped them $20, so overall I spent $260. When I called Kimberly to give her the feedback she was embarrassed and said that this is not the norm for her business and she let me know that she had 2 other complaints that day for the same girl and that the girl actually quit that day. Kimberly offered us 2-free hours of cleaning to make up for the bad job they did. When we rescheduled for the 2 free hours of cleaning Kimberly came back out to our house with new girls (Edith & Rosa?). They cleaned the master bedroom and bath, vacuumed the upstairs hallway & stairs, swept, mopped & vacuumed the entire downstairs, cleaned the kitchen counters, the stove, the downstairs half bath, dusted, etc. They did an amazing job and finished in about 3 hours and Kimberly did not make us pay for the extra hour. Edith & Rosa did such a great job that we will definitely be using their services again. I appreciate Kimberly giving us the free cleaning so that we could see how great their service could be.

I was set to use Kimberly but when I mentioned that I work for the government, she became somewhat concerned that she and her work crew might come under greater scrutiny. She went on and on about how she had been discriminated against because she follows the rules and others don't. She began to put more conditions on her service, and then could not fit me in for about two to three weeks. I decided to go with another service.

The two cleaners finished in two hours and that was what they charged me. They were courteous and stayed on task. I was satisfied with the results.

I have Kimberly's clean my house every two weeks. They do a great job, and do things I don't always have time for (door moldings, top of frig, ceiling fans, microwave, etc.). They're always on time (and call if they're running late like on the day we had a lot of flooding) and in and out quickly. They do move throw rugs and knick-knacks around a bit so I have to "reset", but I don't mind as at least I know they cleaned under my stuff, not around it. A little pricey, but dependable and consistent.

I was so happy with these ladies. Kimberly met me there right on time and introduced us. She looked everything over and made sure to point out the smallest dirty details. The condo was very musty and smelled a little of smoke and when they were finished it just smelled clean. I have two cats so they had to deal with quite a bit of hair but no complaints. They cleaned things I forgot were dirty. I think I will sell for a higher price thanks to them. Very happy and I would recommend!

Kimberly arrived with the two women who would be doing the cleaning. It's a mother/daughter team. The daughter speaks English which was very helpful. After touring the house & discussing cleaning supplies, the women went to work. They did a fantastic job. They were so quiet, I barely knew they were here. I have already hired them on a regular basis. I like that the same women will be cleaning my house each time. Kimberly is very concerned with cleanliness and using supplies that suit the homeowners.

I just moved to Las Vegas and found Kimberly's Kleaning on Angie's list. I had called several cleaning companies with more reviews prior to this one. When I spoke to Kimberly, my mind was made up to go with her company. She was so kind and gave me so many helpful hints about the area when it comes to cleaning. Her prices were fair and lower than some of the others. I told her we were getting new carpet in the house and she recommended we wait until that was finished before getting the house cleaned. Problem was it was getting installed the day before the movers were to arrive. Kimberly was great and said her girls could come towards the end of the day and work around them. She said we would be taken care of and not to worry. The day came for her crew to clean and they were on time (in fact a little early) and cleaned for 4 1/2 hours. The house was so dusty and those girls scrubbed appliances and cabinets. The house was in great shape to move in by the time they got finished. I would highly recommend this company and plan to call them if I need cleaning in the future.

Her turnover rate with cleaners is very low; we see a lot of the same faces which shows it’s a healthy company. They’re very consistent and she’s charged the same rate for five years.

My wife found them for this service from the Angie's list. They are very good and have a great service. I like that they do a good pleasant job. I would recommend them to the others. Their price is great for three hours of cleaning. I will use them again in the future.

They sent over two people and the house was done in about two hours. It was great.

I have used these ladies for almost 2 yrs now. The orginally start when I was have some health issues and having a hard time keeping up with stuff. Now that I have improved we use them about 3-4x a year for some good cleaning as the seasons changes. My girls and I are home when they are here so they don't slack, they are very effecient and don't even mind chit chating with my girls while they work. They have always done a great job and better prices than anyone else. I also will say, I am bad at leaving jewelery laying around, I have never had a theft, and I they have never broken anything. The one thing they thought they broke (I knew my kids had tried to glue together so mom wouldn't know) they let me know immediately.
