Kimberly's Kleaning Service

I called Kimberly yesterday to schedule my initial deep cleaning so that I can have regular maintenance cleaning from now on. Marisol and Ana were here on time, first thing this morning. They were fantastic! Very friendly and professional. They cleaned thoroughly and carefully. I have no hesitation using Kimberly's services in the future. I'm not just satisfied, I'm delighted!

I have used them in the past and they are wonderful.

The two ladies worked great and cleaned our bathrooms and dusted and vacuumed the whole house. This is the second time we used them and they did a wonderful job.

Kimberly's girls were terrific! We cannot say enough about the service and professionalism. Christina and Sonia were the ladies that were sent to assist us from Kimberly's staff ... they jumped in to work as soon as I opened the door! We were moving and needed to find a cleaner very quickly, for our closing ended up being sooner than planned. I spoke with the owner (Kimberly) directly and she was able to get us scheduled within a day's turnaround ... even during a very busy week for everyone involved. The previous owners left the place pretty dirty, so we really needed the help and her team came through for us with flying colors. We plan to use them annually (if not more) and I would highly recommend them to anyone! Worth every penny and competitive in their pricing. Thank you!!

The two ladies arrived promptly and did an excellent job cleaning our house. I have had other companies, but Kimberly's is the best we've had. We will definitely do business with Kimberley again.

The cleaning was great. The kitchen and bathrooms were spotless as well as the tile floor. We were very happy with their services and will use again.

I was very impressed with their service, professionalism and timely brisk manner. The kitchen was spotless and ceiling fans immaculate. They did miss the master bedroom fan but I did too. I will be hiring them again.

It is still going very well.. I am very satisfied. Kimberly is very easy to get a hold of on the phone. The ladies that come every other week are punctual and do a great job. The price is reasonable. The ladies are all very nice. I like the fact that I have a regular time every other week. I like that Kimberly herself is so accessible. I like that if a Holiday is coming up on my day, Kimberly will call and adjust the day or the time.

We closed on our home and needed to find cleaners on short notice as we realized that the prior owners left the place filthy. I called Kimberly and found that she could accommodate us by moving her schedule around. Two ladies showed up and powered through cleaning our home. They did a fantastic job and we were pleased with the service.

Service was great. Kimberly was very helpful, easy to schedule with, and was there to do a walkthrough at both the beginning and end of the job. She had a team of two ladies who worked for about 4 hours. I felt a little bad because it seemed like a lot of work for only two people, but they powered through and did a great job. In the end I was very pleased with the result, and the pricing was reasonable considering the amount of work.

Ok called and spoke to the owner I think and explained what I was looking for and she was very nice and explained everything on the phone. She went over some pricing and quoted me around 150/160 for 3 hours. I agreed on the 3 hours and the next day the 2 house cleaners arrived. I was at work and my pregnant gal was at home, my girlfriend explained what we wanted and immediately, she was told they don't do window sills. But on their website, it says they clean windows sills!! Ok so after 3 hours, they tell my girlfriend its going to cost 190 dollars, not the 160 I was quoted on the phone, she paid by check and the cleaners left. I came home and was impressed by most of the job they did, upon further inspection, I noticed they didn't dust any picture frames hanging on the wall,my huge hutch or huge areas throughout the house, I also notice they missed several doors that were dirty and dusty. Overall I feel they did an better than average job, but with the different pricing and several missed area throughout, make sure you ask and confirm what they do and the price!! Please before they leave go over your home and inspect. Just so you know, I'm very easy to please, but for 190 dollars and 3 hours of work, I would expect more.

Due to a recent back injury, I am unable to do my usual weekly housekeeping chores. I am very fussy, and didn't think they would do as good a job as I, but I was wrong. They were terrific. The two ladies were so pleasant, and worked like dynamos. They attended to all of the cleaning chores I needed them to do. They finished in the allotted 2-hours. I have to say, they did a better job than I do. My house sparkles. Thank you ladies!

We have been using Kimberleys Kleaning for the past 7 months and we have had excellent service. The first time we used the service was after we had had 5 months worth of construction work so there was a lot of dust! Kimberley personally came round to assess the work we needed doing and then brought with her 5 of her team to get the job finished as quickly as possible ( we only had a short window of time between the construction work finishing and guests arriving). Kimberley went around the entire house and walked the team though everything that needed to be done and our requests for particular rooms and areas. The work was done to a very high standard and has continued each time since then. It is great to support a local business as before we used a national well known chain that charged nearly double the price and the standard was not as high. It is great to have the same team members each time, Norma is really nice and is very thorough and professional. Extremely happy with the service and would highly recommend using Kimberleys Kleaners!

Norma and Maria were very professional, punctual and very nice. All I can say is they did a great job. I would highly recommend them.

I understand coming to an unfamiliar home, which has not be thoroughly cleaned in a while is difficult, but I've had other services do the same service, so I have a basis of comparison. The ladies from Kimberly's Kleaning took longer than the 2 hours and I was not satisfied with the quality of the cleaning. However, I expressed my concerns to the owner who was appreciative of the feedback and offered a discount for the next visit. I will try them again in a few weeks and update here.

this is the fourth time cleaning my 2500+ sq ft home......always punctual and attentive.....the price may be higher than I am willing but the dog hair is worth it!

Extremely well. The two ladies (cannot recall their names) were extremely professional and punctual.

They were very nice, courteous, and did a good job. Two maids came when they said they would come. It was a 2-hour special and when it got close to the 2 hours, they asked me if I wanted them to stay or finish up what they are doing.

Kimberley's girls always do a great job. It is so nice to set everything through Kimberley and not have to worry when I am not in town that I will come home to a clean house.
