Family-owned business. Really nice folks and they do a great job at a good price. No pest problems since we started using them two years ago. One thing that is particularly nice is that it's always the same folks: Kris, Ryan and June. A lot of the larger pest-control companies have a revolving door for exterminators and don't pay them well -- You get an ever-changing cast of underpaid strangers snooping around your home every month. None of that here. With Killer Instinct you're always dealing with the same three great folks from this family-owned business! They all have interest in keeping your business and they do a great job: They are thorough, personable, and the insecticides they use really work.

Great small, family run operation. I've used other pest control in many states, these guys seem to be the best! Very happy that Ryan and June came together for the initial treatment. They explained my problem areas, actually moved things to be more thorough, and spent time making sure my needs were met. I'm very comfortable with them being in my house and they have my business for the long haul.

Always great service. They are professional, courteous and on time every month. They call ahead night before as a reminder and have never been late. We have never seen a bug in the house or had a problem since using them. Highly recommend!!

Ryan Domenick was very prompt and was here at the time he promised. He is very knowledgable about all the pests here and was very thorough. We have them for our monthly pest control service. We had alot of construction going on as we remodeled out house and he made sure that nothing got in the house. I have been recommending them to all our friends.

Ryan has been killing those pesky lil vermon for almost a year now. He is always here on the day he is suppose to be here. Is always pleasant and friendly to me and my family and especially my dog. He spays all the nooks and crannies of my property .....inside and out. I never see bugs except a few dead ones for a couple days after he comes. I called Killer Instinct out to handle a bee issue out by my pool. Ryan came over and was very professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. He took care of the bees and also performed a whole home spray for me as I just moved in. I will definitely use them again and would certainly recommend them to anyone who asked.

This was my first time using this company and I highly recommend them. They looked at the least cost effective way to remove the bees when others told me that it would cost twice as much to remove the bees.

Just purchased a home and needed an exterminator to come and spray before I moved all my furniture in. I saw this company on Angie's List with good reviews and called them for a estimate. The lady on the phone answered all my questions and gave me a phone estimate according to the square footage of my house. Also informed me that the company can do a one time spray, month to month, or a one year contract with 1 month free. (Note: The starting price advertised is for houses with 2300sqft. The price gradually goes up to cover bigger house with more square feet which is normal with all companies). I told her I would like to do a 1yr contract and she told me to let the technician know once he gave me the final estimate and was happy with the price. On the day of the appointment the technician Kris was on time and professional when he took a look at the property. He also answered any other questions and concerns I had regarding the type of insects in my area.. He quoted me the same estimate as per my square footage and I signed the 1yr contract. He immediately got his gear and started spraying the exterior of my property and wanted to spray the interior but I had to go to work so we had to re-scheduled. Three days later on my day off Kris came back and sprayed the inside of the house and let me know that he would be back every month around the same day to spray. The chemical Kris uses for the outside is very good and strong. I found two black widows dead and crispy by my main garage door trying to get in through the side crack. The chemical he uses for indoors is environment friendly and has a sweet pine odor that only lasts for about 1 to 2 hours. I would recommend Killer Instinct to anyone who needs pest control on their outdoor/indoor property.

Killer Instinct Pest Control were outstanding. They gave me the Angie's List discount and gave me an even better discount. They got here and gave me a discount on the contract. They were very, very professional. They are a small family business. They were very everything: very friendly, very punctual, and very follow up. I would give them an A all the way down the line, in every aspect. We called them back out and they came back out almost the same day and took care\of it. No charge, no nothing. They are very, very pleasant people. Good small business people. Best I have dealt with in a long time. Their price was a little less than everyone else on Angie's List. I would personally vouch for this guy, 100%.

I called June to set up an appointment. She was friendly, sweet, accommodating and great to talk to. Imagine a customer service group actually WANTING to talk to their customer - she did! How refreshing! Ryan came out and did exactly what we needed - serious bug killing! We bought a brand new house and was covered with water roaches, crickets, creepy crawly things; and Ryan even found 3 scorpions in our trellis by the front door. Ryan sprayed thoroughly and provided sticky traps in the garage - and one extra just in case. We saw 100% improvement by the next day - and have had NO problems since then. I started using this company over a year ago. I had just purchased a home that had been empty for a while. I was seeing spiders, centipedes, and roaches in the garage. Ryan came out immediately and sprayed. He was professional and friendly. The company offers a monthly service so I signed up. This company is awesome, and has amazing customer service. I receive a reminder call the day before they are scheduled to come out every month. I have not had any problems with insects since they started!!! As long as killer instinct is in business, they have a customer for life.

Ryan the owner is very low key and does not try to force any extra services or charges on you. He gives a discount for being on Angie's List.

Ryan was great to work with. He was easy to get ahold of, on time and knew exactly what to do to take care of our issues. What I have liked best is that if it is not Ryan that comes.... it will be a member of his family. They are all licensed technicians and they all know what they are doing. A real family business! Something that is hard to find... especially in Vegas. Very happy with their work and trust them.... also hard to find in Vegas!

They are very courteous. They are prompt. They come when they are schedule to come. If we are not home they take care of the outside and leave us a note saying that they couldn?t get in the house, please call and will come back to do the house. They are very friendly and nice. We sit and have coffee with them. Quality is very good. We originally called them because we had a very bad ant problem back around our swimming pool. They came three times in the first week, it?s been a year ago, since that time we don?t have ants. Ants are really a common problem here. We just purchased this home, people before us did not persuade us. We had some cockroaches and other lizard blowers and they are all gone. I would use their services in the future again. We are going to renew our annual contract in couple of weeks.
