+ 0 moreWhen I would talk to his employees when they were doing work for me, he would call me and be upset because I could not talk to his employess about what they were doing and what I wanted done. ??? He is NOT a friendly person, hard to deal with directly. After 10 years, I could not take it all anymore. I had to find another source.
Description of Work: He did ok -- but when he needed to replace small parts that usually cost a few dollars, he would charge $100 + dollars. Excuse me--

+ -1 moreHe can do a good job -- BUT, he could be friendlier and stop charging more and more. He charged us $300 for changing a lawn water knob==we found out that it cost $5.00 and that other people would charge $45 for purchasing and installing. Excuse me???? --and he had done business for us for a long time--give us a break for being longtime customers. NO, he can't do that.
Description of Work: He is a nice person and does well == he worked for us for over 10 years. As time went on, he kept charging more and more for smaller jobs. He is not too friendly--not a friendly business man interaction. I think he can do a good job and knows how to do a good job==but, overtime, he kept charging more for small jobs that we could get done for a lot less than he charged. I guess good business men do that BUT, you figure them out over time so we let him go. I am more concerned about his friendliness. I always felt like we were causing him too much trouble. He needs to make some changes if he wants to keep his business going.
