I am absolutely in love with my backyard! George created the perfect design and Jorge and his crew worked quickly and efficiently to give us a beautiful space. Communication was outstanding and they helped us through the HOA process. I highly recommend Kenys Landscaping!

They were very rude in their approach. Multiple times arguing with us about the agreed upon work after they have been paid. They didn't get the approval from our association ( I did), even though we had to pay him to do the "drawing". Even during the job we had to remind them about what we wanted. we had requested that they write down our desires on the project and they say they got it. This job was supposed to be finished by January and it is now May and we are still missing two trees. Their excuse was that it wasn't in stock. I had to go to the nursrey myself to take pictures of the plants that they say were not available, and they still brought the wrong plants. When I told them that the plant was wrong, they said that I had no idea what I am saying and that in their notes it says other wise. I then produced the drawing that we had submitted to our association back in January for approval, which stated what plants we had desired. The same drawing that we had consulted with them before they had begun the project. If these are the types of contractor that are "approved" through you guys. I will have to tell everyone that I know through other social media sites that they should never use Angie's List.

George came by when he said he would and gave a quote on completing what we wanted for landscaping for our new home and gave a very good price compared to the other quotes we received from other landscapers. He even made some minor changes that we requested. We had him give us a quote to complete the front yard also. He gave us another good price. Both the front and back yard were completed for less than any other quote we received just for the back yard. He and his crew showed up when he said he would, each of the four days to complete the work. We absolutely love the work they did.

I had used this company last year to trim our palm trees and they did an excellent job. I called them to have the same trees plus some in the back yard trimmed this year. Called the Operations Manager George who said he would be by on Tuesday at 10AM to look at the job and give me an estaimate. He never showed. I call him and he admitted that he forgot and would be by later that same day between 12 and 1. He did show up, looked at all the trees to be trimmed and gave me a fair price for the work, said they could do it this Thurs. at 9AM. He even asked where the skimmed for the pool was so they could clean after. On Thursday I finally called him at 9:30 to see where he was or if he had forgotten about us again. He said that it would be 40 minutes before he could get the crew there. I had to leave and told him that I would leave a check for him taped to the back door in case I missed him. Upon my return, I found one of two wrought iron lanterns at the bottom of the pool and a huge amount of debris in the pool and had to spend all afternoon skimmed our their mess. The tree trimming was okay, the mess was not. We will be looking for someone else next year.
