The owner came out and explained to me exactly what would be done and how long my electricity would be off, which was important. He told me what he was going to do, how he was going to do and it and when he took out the old box the new box was a different shape. He made it fit, it was smaller, but covered it up so you wouldn't see the shape of the old one. It was gorgeous and very neatly done when he finished, I really liked that. The way he had to configure it he did some cutting and trimming, it was wonderful and it was a nice looking box when he finished. I was very impressed. Also, he left a guy here to do some last minute things. I had a light that I was going to have my brother put up and he took a look at it and said he could put it up for me. He put it up for no extra charge and in no time flat, it's gorgeous and beautiful. The owner gave me his cell phone number in case I had any questions. I gave him a lump some check because I felt so comfortable. I told him that and he said if there were any issues he would make them right. The whole time he was talking to me his phone was ringing off the hook, but he didn't answer until he was done explaining everything to me.
