+ -1 moreHe was great. He repaired it and his bill was extremely reasonable. Then he called me a few days later just to make sure it was still working. It is so nice to have someone who is obviously very knowledgeable, ethical and thorough. He is the only person I will ever call.
Description of Work: I had to have our clothes dryer repaired. It is very old and I was pretty sure it would never dry another item. But Kennedy fixed it perfectly.

Description of Work: He replaced a cold water valve - in one day - he got the part and installed it in under an hour. I hope I don't have to get another appliance repaired but if I do I will call him.

+ -1 moreHe just left, so I don't know if it'll happen again, but my washer works and it's quiet!
Description of Work: Mr. Kennedy arrived on time, and had a pretty good idea what the problem was with my washer before even looking at it. He showed me the problem, which was was something simple that needed adjustment. No parts were sold that weren't needed and no other work was done. I would rehire him in the future. He is very personable and appears to be very honest also. He even suggested the best appliance brand to purchase to limit future service calls.
